Closed with these guys, super easy process, great communication by everyone, painless experience - I don't think the thing could have ran any smoother to be honest.

Showed up early, they were ready. All paperwork was ready. Each document filled out, and explanations as I was presented them. All with good humor and relaxed atmosphere. Second time I have worked with them. If the need arises, I will be happy to do so again.

I love Red River Title! The lobby is welcoming and the staff is beyond friendly. If you need a title on your home this is definitely a go-to. They will go through all of the documentation with you, making sure everything makes since and that you have the best possible options. Red River Title makes getting a home an easy experience.

3rd time to use them and 3rd time it went smoothly. Would have preferred they wore masks though.

Yikes! Vanya made this a nightmare. I gave it two stars because the other people here were super nice. My realtor recommended Vanya and when I called her to talk about getting ANY sort of first time buyer incentives, she said there weren't any available for me. She acted like she couldn't be bothered whenever I called. When everyone else in the process said yes, she said no. I have amazing credit, but I was so unsure as to if the closing date would even happen (because Vanya kept saying that it wouldn't), I was only able to give my property management company a few weeks notice, costing me a lot of money for terminating my lease early. The worst part was when Vanya sent an email at 4:30 on a Friday saying that I needed to sign and return then paperwork by the end of business that day or else the closing date (the next Tuesday!) may not happen! What's worse, she didn't text to tell me to check my email about the closing. Maybe because it was under $500K, they just don't care. If you want a ton of unnecessary stress, choose Vanya and Red River.

Excellent service. Very friendly staff. I have closed on three homes with them and will use them every single time. They have a lifetime customer with me.

We closed on land with Red River Title in June of 2016. Due to a paperwork error on their part we do not have a clean title and still can not start building our home. They have been made aware of their error and it still has yet to be corrected. I would not recommend using them.

Doris and her team are knowledgeable, professional and comforting during what can feel like a rather overwhelming experience. They feel like home to me.
