I want to sincerely thank Chapin Title and their wonderful staff for going above and beyond our expectations, with our recent home refinance. Due to the pandemic and my personal health problems, doing business for my husband and me, is not always conducting “business as usual.” Chapin tailored our closing to meet my needs, masking and bringing the paperwork out to our car to go over and sign! That thoughtful, respectful, and incredibly kind response to my individual situation, in addition to their overall knowledge, professionalism and welcoming staff, make it easy to see why Chapin Title has been voted ‘Best of Texoma’ the last 14 years!

Karen Castleman at the main office is Wonderful. Most of our experience (4 closings) is with Mendy and Shelly at the North Office. They were always thorough, professional, and kind. I could not recommend any business in Real Estate or its subsidiaries higher.

Bought more than 15 houses in my life and have never experienced such horrible service as it relates to before, during, and after the close! Biggest issue now is 3+ weeks after we closed we received a letter from our homeowners insurance company advising they haven't received the homeowners insurance premium. Spoke with Chapin Title and Shelly (I believe was her name?) was rude, condescending, and totally unprofessional. She refused to listen and live up to the company's mission statement; over-talked and interrupted me as I tried to explain to her that I JUST HUNGUP WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY less than ONE MINUTE BEFORE AND THEY advised me the funds have not been received! Shelly called me a liar as she said that “wasn't true”!! and said the check was cashed but refused to tell me by who, when, and where?? the insurance company tells me real time that the funds have not been received! It was obvious she didn’t listen to me because when I stopped talking there was about a minute pause and then she attempted to carry on with what she wanted to say ignoring everything I just said and didn’t even address what I just told her, which impart included advising her she shouldn’t interrupt and overtalk people! Had my Real-estate Attorney handle further communication with this inept organization to clear this up. Totally unprofessional and if you can avoid having to use these clowns do so!!!

The people at Chapin are some of the kindest people I have met. They are straightforward with their fees, time line and closing. Great communication through all phases. If you are buying or selling, this title company is for you. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

I would not recommend using Chapin Title. We used them for 2 settlements and both were almost a disaster due to them not reviewing documents until the last minute. We were never given a settlement time and when we inquired several times where we stood with settlement, Tamara was outright rude and did not respond to emails. Save your money and your sanity by using a more reputable and responsible title company.

I have used Chapin TItle to close on four different properties over the years. They have always been great and make the process easy. They are friendly and knowledgeable and very accommodating, even closed me after hours.

Everything seems overwhelming and stressful at first but because of the professionalism and preparedness of the staff, the process actually went smoothly. Everyone was so helpful and thorough.
