I bought a house with them 4 years ago. They do rebate but they are not very responsive, replies are often delayed 2-3 days. And they don't help you check disclosure, they just want to close, and they don't answer questions after closing. Overall the people are aggressive and not helping.

Worst title company ever. The secretory lacks basic knowledge about her job. The staff were unprofessional and incompetent. If you ask for a supervisor, it is considered to be rude and the supervisor is never available. We had a rough time dealing with these people. If you have other options, avoid them and save your self a headache.

I had the same poor experience as the reviews below. The way Reali works appears nice on the outside, but the home searching and buying experience is far from that. Their loan process is also extremely sluggish and inefficient; in other words, the loan process takes longer and was slower than the traditional home loan process. See all the reviews below. Overall poor value, the company attempts to do things more efficiently, but it’s the same, slow, ineffective process under the hood - the same thing you would see with any other traditional home buying experience (but worse).

Horrible Experience.  I don't recommend Reali Loans unless your are a 100% W2 income customer. We started a on-line loan application. It is a simple refinance on our primary residence where we have 80% equity. e.g. We wanted a lower interest rate over 15 years. Reali asked for $500 up front for processing fees. We started retirement this year. We have $2.5 Million in 401K and IRA and informed Reali of our withdrawal plan. We have $75K annual rental property income. Our credit is 800+. After 2 weeks, Reali insists we need custom written letters from our 401K and IRA institutions stating a 3 year proof of future income. This withdrawal plan is OURS and not the institutions plan. We contacted the 401K and IRA institutions. The institutions will NOT write a letter defining a Withdrawal plan. They will only provide the balance and the withdrawal rules. You can imagine the legal implications if they wrote withdrawal plans for customers. A 401K and IRA is not a fixed monthly amount like a pension. Reali says they can't move forward with our loan without the letters from institutions. We read the Fannie Mae B3-3.1-01 General income loan qualifications. No where does it state that the 401K and IRA institutions must provide letters of Withdrawal plan. We believe Reali in uneducated on how to process loans for retired customers. Long story short, Reali wasted 2 weeks of our time. We are waiting for our $500 to be returned.

We just recently closed a house sold through Reali. It wasn't a good experience at all dealing with Reali Escrow which all Reali sales go through, so we didn't have a choice in. Our Reali Escrow agent was not responsive and caused a significant delay in our closing which then we had to pay a per diem to seller for. The agent didn't respond to our lender's fee request and didn't pick up calls from the lender, our buyer agent, or us. When the agent finally did, she said she didn't receive the request. Then, later she said the request went to the junk mail filter. SERIOUSLY!??? Haven't you dealt with Bank of America before!??? It overall took 40 hours for the title company just to respond to our lender's fee request! And then another 6 hours after final loan docs were sent before the agent sent us the information for the money transfer - well passed same day money transfer cutoff time!!! Then after our lender transferred the funds in the morning, the agent didn't close our case until the next day - adding another delay. Again, we, the buyer, are the one that paying for this delay. And just now we just received an email telling us that they haven't paid for our house and flood insurances. SERIOUSLY!??? You asked us to transfer the insurance premiums to you because you were going to do it!! It was on the statement you sent us!! How can Reali Escrow can be this incompetent? Wait, all Reali seller must go through Reali Escrow, that must be why they don't care. I can give the detailed timeline for proof.

They are really going downhill. Several years ago we worked with some of their agents who are now in the top/lead/executive positions, and it was a great experience. But from recent interaction we felt that they are neither reliable nor trustworthy. We won't be using them again and would not recommend them to anyone else.

Spoke to 2 people, nobody knew anything about a loan that they have had for 1 year. The homeowners insurance is pending cancellation because they didn't pay it.

I had high hope they would be helpful . In the beginning they called and kept in touch and walked me through the process. Then they ran my credit, had a great credit score and went to underwriting and did not receive any call back or emails despite numerous attempts. They never told me if I was approved or denied or need anything further to process the loan approval. Still in the market but will look else where for help in my home buying journey.

I've had a fantastic experience working with Sherie (real estate agent at Reali) in the East Bay. Have also had a great experience with Gazelle (loan officer at Reali). Having all phases of the home buying and selling process handled under one roof is so much more convenient. The tech platform visibility of what stage of documentation you're in while pre-qualifying is convenient too. Also, the comps report you can order online for homes is a nice feature. It's clear that this is the future of the real estate industry.

Would not recommend. Looking for a straight W2, cash-out refi, was rushed into a rate lock the day after application was submitted and paid $500 deposit. This was on 6-18-21 we’re now in August with no signs of closing or communication as to when, multiple emails gone unanswered. Their processor has made multiple mistakes asking for forms already in their possession or requesting documents that do not exist (ever) or are unrelated.
