Attended class in person at the Queens location. Easy to sign up and was promptly given a start date. I opted to use the fast track and complete the lessons in 10 days, going to 2 classes per day. The instructors were amazing and they each brought their own individual experiences to the table when going through the course topics. They prepare you well for the both the state test and the school test, highlighting important Topics, reiterating the ones that appear often and genuinely listening and addressing any questions or concerns you may have. I was able to pass the school exam on the first try and I’m currently waiting for the state results. I highly recommend this school. I’d like to thank Donna and the instructors Dr. Conrad, Richard and Nancy for such a great experience!

The location was very convenient for me. The material was easily understood due to the high level of professionalism exhibited by the instructors. The textbook was good and the review crammer was super helpful for exam preparation. I passed my New York State and course exams on the first try. If you're looking for a flexible schedule that yields good results then RETC is the place to go.

I found my experience at NYREI to be wonderful and invaluable. The training center was recommended by a successful friend and I am glad I had followed his advice to take my course here. I am also happy with my decision to go to the Queens location despite the extra traveling time. All the professors are extremely knowledgeable and made learning simple with their 'by case scenario' teaching styles. It was also pleasant to have Donna's advice. I will definitely go back for my CE courses.

I am very happy with the Real Estate Training Center. The teachers were great, Donna, the administrator was also great! I passed my school test and state test 1st time around. I would recommend this school to everyone!! I really enjoyed John Peilter's classes. I learned a lot and I am excited to start my new career in Real Estate. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of completing my Real Estate course through this company. I attended for about 10 days and completed all 75 hours, and I completed the entire Real Estate Licensing process in less than 3 weeks. From day one the instructors and the staff set you up for success, they inform you of what needs to be done in order to get the process going so you can be licensed as soon as possible, which I really appreciated. As far as the course itself, their are various instructors that rotate teaching the course so you get different a variety of experience from the field. All of the instructors I had were really good at making the material easy to understand and they knew when to touch on key points that were of significance in the field or could be on the test. All of this combined really helped get me going and I'm happy I chose to go with them.

Excellent experience. With the premium package, I was able to use any location and all the instructors were experienced, patient, kind and generous with their time. Kristen Bacorn is a stand out in the Manhattan office. Her ability to convey the information in a very clear, concise manner is a true gift. I greatly appreciated the opportunity to attend her classes.

I could not have asked for better classes or instructors. Each instructor was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Classes were a joy to attend and helped me pass the class exam on the first try! I would absolutely recommend RETC to anyone thinking about getting their real estate license!!

The Real Estate Training Center has been a wonderful experience! The instructors had so much knowledge in the real estate field and I learned so much! Passed my exam on the first shot! Staff is very helpful, the review exam book definitely helped a busy New Yorker learn the concrete information necessary to pass. With work, a baby daughter and life in general , I took my time , with the classes and completed my goal. Mission accomplished! Thanks Donna, all the professors were solid.

Great school, very knowledgeable instructors, gives great lectures, not boring, & very helpful. I would recommend this school to anyone wants to get their r/e license. You can finish the course in 2 weeks if you miss a class you have to wait weeks sometimes for their to be another class on that chapter. If you are busy or can’t take being in a lecture or class at the moment, just take the online course and get it over with. Not a very hard test, I studied, reviewed all notes & chapter review & I passed my schools test on the first try. Keep in mind I’ve been studying for about a 3 weeks lol

I wanted to get in the real estate field but I didn't know exactly what to expect, so I did some online research and found this school near me. The teachers were very helpful and knowledgeable because they were all in the real estate business so they knew what they were talking about. They explained everything simply so you understood it right away. The classrooms were very interactive,there was a lot of back and forth between the teachers and students which was great because it made me feel comfortable. All in all it was a great school and I had a great experience learning there. Although I will say get there early as seats due tend to fill up quickly.

This course was amazing. The instructors were so helpful using real life experiences as examples to explain some things that may be a bit confusing. I actually enjoyed going there everyday. They are willing to answers all of your questions. The motivation is definitely high attending this course at the Baysid location. I encourage anyone reading this to not hesitate doing this. Real Estate is life!!!!

My time with the Real Estate Training Center at Bayside has been an amazing experience. The staff members are magnificent. They catered to every question I had and didn't leave me with any open ended answers. The instructors made class an informative as well as entertaining experience. The instructors were pleased to give out their contact info. and answer any questions/curiosities that you have. The students that I've met were all motivated, knowledgeable, and as helpful as the instructors. Aside from the class, parking is readily available and there are many food options around the neighborhood. I took double sessions, so I was here from 9am-4pm. Time definitely flew by.

I had a very pleasant experience during my two weeks of taking classes in Queens. The instructors were knowledgeable so as the staff besides being nice, and helpful with any questions we had. They were very accommodating, and I recommend them highly if you are thinking of taking a real estate course.
