Capital One Bank Bell Blvd, Queens

I needed to withdraw $750 on a Sunday. The drive-up ATM offers a choice of denominations, and I chose the option button "mostly hundreds", expecting some twentys or tens as well. The machine produced 7 hundreds and 50 ONES, which it can't hold securely, and which all fell and scattered on the wet ground as soon as it was dispensed. Because the ground was wet, the wind didn't scatter the money too much, and I was able to gather all of it up, driving around the machine twice. If there had been someone in line behind me, it could have been even messier. Laugh and be warned, these bankers are not tech competent.

Rude bank teller. First she asked me what time is it?? It was 4:59 when I was in front of the teller. Then I was asked what type of checks I am depositing, as if I had to show my paystubs. And check my ID and she went trough my transaction history and said "you have so many transactions".

The drive through ATMs never have any cash ! Is it that hard to keep the ATMs running properly ???

If u want to see world cheapest ATM machine in the planet go check out capital one bank on bell blvd and northern blvd bayside Ny I cant believe such a successful bank like capital one will chose this mediocre atm machine. And they supposed to be new!

I had problem to get my TAX document from Capital One Online bank and have to file the Tax soon. During Covid 19, many other banks have reduced their services and have to make reservation for in person service. I was worried and just give a try at this branch. I am very happy this bank has full service and no appointment is required. The staffs here are very professional, polite, patient and very helpful. They solved my issues quickly. This bank is clean and neat. There is a parking lot for the bank customers and drive -through bank service. It is very convenient and I would come back for future banking services.

The ATM Drive through is never working properly the ATM machine is very slow and it always has problems they really need to fix the machine at Drive through.

This bank ATM is amazing. It allows you to choose 1$ 5$ and 20$ bills. I didn't have to get out of my car when it was pouring rain out. Very convenient. Yours truly a very happy customer

Branch number listed here DOES NOT WORK! I get routed to a call center. You need to list a different phone number that works for THIS branch. Very frustrating when i need to do business
