We rented from Remax Horton properties. The owner of our home was DON HORTON and the property manager we dealt with was MICHELLE MAIN! I would highly suggest never to rent or buy anything with their names attached. They take slumlord to another level. No repairs ever done on home, no communication and Michelle talked so badly about Don you knows if they were even on the same page. Claimed we owed them a year of rent and they’re so all over the place they lost in court. I could go on and on flooding all over the house no smoke detectors, live wires, no fridge, no stove no nothing in the home. Don’t get me started long story short do not at all rent from them

The buyers of our home used Donnie Horton as a real estate agent. In the repairs request, he listed the master bedroom window to be replaced. When looking at the addendum, we realized they said several windows had condensation and needed to be replaced, but the buyer only listed 8.1 (Master Bedroom). We contacted our realtor to double check. When asked to be more clear because it seemed a gray area, Mr Horton insisted that what they listed is what they want done. So we replaced the master bedroom windows. At closing, Mr Horton refused to accept responsibility for his mistake and insisted compensation for his mistake, having OUR realtor take money out of his commission. Very unprofessional. Be sure you look over your documents and have a realtor who is thorough and knows what they are doing! This was extremely disappointing!

I always worked with Remax agency, but this office is the bottom of anything low. I left several messages for an agent & she never returned my call & just text me to call back, instead of calling me?! They are never available to call you back and no courtesy when you call & you're forced to talk to a crazy admin woman, not Crystal, the other young stupid one & they are terrible, don't accomplish anything for you! Go somewhere else If you want to get results!

Lori Coleman was amazing every step of the way!!! Even when dealing with a very difficult seller!!!! Would highly recommend!!!

Always there to answer any question we have. The staff always professional and polite. We rent our home and business with them and we are completely pleased with Remax. Michelle and Donnie are always welcoming whenever I come into the office. That alone shows they care about the people and not just the business. I would recommend anyone looking to give them a call.

It is always great working with Donnie and his crew. Super helpful and looking out for your interests the whole time. I have used them for both selling and buying a new house. You will always get the straight story. I will certainly use them again.
