This company was very helpful in allowing me to take care of my debt. I was very skeptical at first to call because being an older woman people feel they can take advantage of me and I’ve dealt with nasty people but James Matthews was the representative there who helped me and understood me and listened and did exactly what I wanted him too. I recommend anyone to call them and work it out. I couldn’t be more happy with a collection place. I’ve never been so happy to pay a bill.

Be aware: RCS Capital is a debt collector which will continue to harass you AND your family (every number they can find possibly associated with you) even AFTER you’ve paid your debt off. I had this personal unfortunate experience, where they claim my account is closed, my family members still receive phone calls, and I offer to provide evidence of those phone calls (call logs, voicemails, etc.) to which they are not even interested in obtaining (because it goes against their claims they are not making them, of course). Shut down this harassing company!

Been working with Phillip Andrews to get my account settled. He is very professional to work with. Even after a few months of my matters being settled, he was still willing to help and go out of his way to make sure thing are in order.

This company was very easy to work with. They were flexible and set me up on an affordable payment plan. I would say great job for customer service. And if I can not make my payments they told me to just call and they can work with me. It's companies like this that make a good name for collections.
