I've done several loans with RCD since 2017. Worked with both Steven Lee and Jonathan Surak. They offer tons of industry knowledge and years of experience. When I have questions or have a loan problem, it's answered and resolved quickly. RCD has been great to work with and I highly recommend their services.

I was referred over to Steven by a family friend, and I am so glad I reached out to him. Steven helped me out so much with a loan and was so efficient. He communicated everyday with me on the status of my application. Luis was also very helpful with collecting the documents needed. I will definitely see Steven again down the road. I don’t usually give rave reviews but I’ll make an exception on this one. RCD Capital is a great company to deal with, they deliver on time, they helped me out not only with the financing side, but recommended good suppliers for my projects. They followed up with the agents and escrow company so we can close on time. And most of all they gave me the best rates for my project that nobody got even closer. It’s a no brainer. I don’t get anything for this review but I put this to help people out there to choose a good company to work with.

Too bad 0 stars isn't an option. Cannot get anyone to respond to an email or answer their phones. Talked to an LO and then got ghosted. Called a different one and ended up with the same result. No kind of communication or respect for a client. Terrible service. EDIT: I spoke with Steven, Ernesto and then Nick. I can show you emails if you like. 2nd Update: Spoke with the owner. Very condescending, very hostile and threatening. I will never do business with this company

I'd like to give a special shout out for Steven, Jonathan, Dylan & Mia at RCD Capital. They have been extraordinary! They went above and beyond what any normal lender would ever do for a client! We did a cash out refi on a commercial property & a purchase of a property. 1) The refi on commercial property was a bit complicated from the beginning due to location and time we've had it. The circumstances with the pandemic didn't help either with underwriting and criteria's changing. Everyone at RCD worked hard to take care of every issue that kept popping up. Kept us in the loop to get it done. 2) They also stepped in to help us with a purchase of a property when our partners had backed out at the last minute on the day of signing docs. They stayed with us and worked with us to save our EMD. This was very unexpected when they had no obligations to help us through any of it. We are thoroughly impressed and we will be using them on our future apartment flips / purchases & refi. We highly recommend using them. On a special note: ** I do want to mention that 2 major title companies were very unorganized and one waited almost a month before letting us know that they could not close on a commercial refi. Which is baffling since they did the title work on the purchase. The amount of time that was wasted with no clear communications. It could have just been those branches or personnel, but I've never experienced anything like this before with personal or client deals.

I cannot say enough about the service I got from Steven and Luis. They kept me up to date with any updates regarding my loan. They were very prompt when I had questions and made this transaction as smooth as possible. Thanks Steven and Luis!

Jonathan Surak at RCD Capital was absolutely wonderful to work with. He offered unique loan programs, and was able to get a difficult deal with extremely short timing requirements closed on time and exactly as planned. His attentiveness to the process and professional communication was very much appreciated. I recommend Jonathan and RCD Capital highly.

This is an awesome company to do business with. I'm on the small business end of real estate investing and Steven and his team were real professionals. Great rates, fast commitments and outstanding customer service. You can't go wrong.
