Not only did they work with my credit and down payment, but the payments are affordable for my budget.     Ray Skillman Fiat has been an amazing help with putting me into my first financed car. No co-signer, and 0 credit, they got me out the door in a used 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer with a low Interest rate. Roughly 3 weeks after purchase, The company that financed my car had made a mistake, that Ray Skillman swiftly took care of. The Finance dept helped me create a new deal on the car, While discounting the total price I will be paying for the vehicle. I also want to thank Logan in the detail dept for doing an amazing job at detailing the vehicle when I first purchased the car. -Lucas S.

    This is the only dealership I will ever use. I have been here 4 times for my vehicles and they go above and beyond with customer service.     I purchased a 2018 Infiniti Q50 from them in early April. After getting the vehicle home I noticed it was more damaged than I knew. I called Dan at the dealership and they said they would tear up my deposit check to make up for it. A week later the check was cashed. I called me bank and handed it. Several days ago Dan sent me a text message asking if he could call me. I, of course said yes. He called and said there was a problem with the bank and would need a cosigner. I found this oddespecially being almost a month after purchase. and took home the car. I decided to call the bank and see what was going on. They informed me they declined the deal immediately because the car had a salvage title which made sense considering its horribly repaired issues. They asked if I was aware it was salvaged. I told them I had no idea, they sent me the carfax to verify. Immediately I called and spoke with the GM, his exact words were "you are making this to be a bigger deal than it is." I said "that's fine, you committed dealer fraud and I will be contacting my attorney." I get a call from Dan minutes later he proceeds to berate me with a raised voice before I disconnect the call. The entire staff were very unprofessional, my sales person Lacey even left and went home 30 minutes into the deal because "she had to take care of her dogs". I worked in the car business for 5 years and my father did aswell for over 30 years. I have never heard of this amount of ubsurdity on one deal. Will not be reccomending any Ray Skillman dealer.

    Sadly the old manager was one of the best managers and went over and beyond to accomodate my needs in helping me get into a new car and out if my old one. Gave me a very fair value for my trade in also. I buy and sell many cars in a given year and have worked with dozens of dealerships and this was previously my best experience and I was a customer for life. Not now. I drove my car up in a rainstorm because they wanted to see it first and the manager didn't even come out to look at it, then ignores the whole deal for weeks. Unbelievable. Will never be back here unless they get the old manager back. They definitely do not want your business here so go elsewhere.

    Got my plate 32 days after the car signed a paper they were supost to pay my registration fee but still they didnt keep there word bet that toffee i promised and brought to was gone by 2 when i dropped it off thanks guys i wont be coming to you at 6 months not even i want honesty and a car with cruise control i wont be desperate thank for all ruining my trust. The guys at this dealership are truly amazing. They are very hard workers and get the job done. Gregory and Dan got us into a car not the one that we were promised but one with no bells no whistles and i get to pay for all the extras they said that they were able to get for us. After being able to really look over the paperwork and seeing that i am paying for all the stuff make sure that you read everything they give you and dont seem desperate they will take advantage of that. I am greatful they got me a car but its 10,000.00 over the reg price the car anywhere else. I was promised one thing got another and once i realized it i have emailed and messaged with no response from them. Thanks guys hope you enjoyed the toffee i kept my word.

    We was guaranteed before we came that they could get us in our new car. We spent a few hours there just to be told that our vehicle was not worth the value. And we were not getting a new vehicle. Such bad service to be told one thing and make a person drive to you just be told oh no there is no car for you.

    Let me just start by saying I am NOT easily impressed and my expectations for service are very high. With that said, The staff at this location were amazing! It started with a call to Lisa who was very kind and listened intently to our needs and challenges. She assured me that they could help us. So went in and were introduced to Sam! What an awesome guy! He was attentive and he listened to our needs as well! The reason this is important is because this was my daughter`s first "big girl" purchase and had no established credit. He found her a car that she loves and can afford! This brings us to Stephen, finance mgr, for our final decent. Incredibly helpful and he took the time to explain EVERYTHING to her. This process has not been pleasant in the past (at other dealerships) HOWEVER these people set the bar extremely high! The whole process was amazing and most of all, positive! If you desire real true customer service then visit these folks. You won't be sorry. You'll be blessed. Thank you for creating a positive experience for my daughter on her first purchase. They treated us like we were family. As a mother, that is all you can ask for is that your child will be treated kindly and respectfully.

    Had a very good experience today!     I have bought a lot of cars from ray Skillman in the past. Never had a problem before. But this time I needed a car and didn’t have the credit to finance one so I went to them because I knew they did buy here pay here. The car they sold me was a pile of problems starting the night I took it home it was late and they was closing so I call them the next day. the buy here pay here manager give me nothing but a runaround making all kinds of excuses and on top of that they charged me $12,000.00 more than it’s worth So now I’m stuck with it. I will never buy anything from them again

    Absolutely worst experience ever buying a car. Could never get a call back. Changed my down payment multiple times. Then didn't pay off my trade in for 2 months after trading in and didn't even pay off full amount of vehicle. Had to call daily just to try and get tag paperwork. Will never recommend.

    Very willing to do what they can to put you in the vehicle you want.Update on 9/22/2021; I accept responsibility for part of this issue but the rest is on them. We forgot to get the plates off of our trade in 5 weeks ago. I have been trying to get them back ever since. The trade had to have body work,so, each time I've called,I've been told the trade wasn't back yet. Last Friday,on 9/17/2021,I was told it would be back on 9/20/2021.It wasn't.Today,9/22/2021,I just received a call from the secretary,saying she had them,and she asked for my correct mailing address,as I had asked for them to be over nighted to me,and she said,"The parts Dept. Takes care of that and they would Probably go out I tomorrow's mail". This was after I had called again today. Buyer beware. Why couldn't someone go get the plates three weeks ago to make a customer happy? Btw..the inside of the Toyota Sienna, I bought,was a quick trade and looked like hogs had been in it. I had to make a special 3 hour round trip just to get in "cleaned"/ vaccumed.Thats all they did.No shampooing,no deep cleaning,ECT Didn't even get under the middle seats. It even had dried banana pealing in a back cup holder. There were seed pods all over it,plus french fries and anything else on can think of. Really?

    Had to take my 2017 Jeep in for Oil Leak. 100% Satisfied with Customer Service from everyone! Greeted with Professional Service Department and there no surprises. They were very knowledgeable and reassuring. They completely took care of everything from loaner vehicle to the repair so i did not have to miss work. Kudos !!!

    Awesome place to get a vehicle, if ur trying to build your credit back up from the covid,this is a good place to start. Daniel was my salesman and mike was the finance guy and im glad i went and seen them instead of all the others that tried to get me. They are very professional and will help u in anyway possible and just be honest with them no matter what and they will bendover backwards for you.

    Myself and my brother purchased vehicles from this place and they both had problems immediately. They told us both that the vehicles had no problems when we went to purchase them. But come to find out they both need a lot of work! I talked to one of the guys in the service department and he said that they inspected the vehicle and knew there was problems with it but they never fixed any of it. I would not recommend buying a vehicle here

    0 star rating. Horrible experience here. They tried killing me by greasing my brakes and refuse to make it right. Reread that last part. Not to mention all the other problems that were supposed to be fixed and now they are telling me to just use my warranty somewhere else because they dont have experienced enough technicians. Still dont have my warranty information since October after many attempts to get it. They have no problem selling vehicles with active safety recalls. Stay far away. The Ray Skillman name is ruined. They have had several chances to make it right and have costed me alot of stress, time, and money. As of june 29th they have made zero attempt to reach out and fix anything.

    We've been doing business with Skillman for twenty years, and I used to tell everyone to go here, but this service department has now had a vehicle that we need for two months and repairs have still not been made. We purchased additional coverage for repairs, but it seems that does not make us a priority. I am very disappointed. Calling and stopping by for updates hasn't worked, so maybe making this public will get us some action.

    HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! They may be nice trying to sell you a car, but it's a different experience once you've purchased a car and taking it in for Service. I took my new Mitsubishi 2021 for the first oil change today. I waited TWO HOURS for an oil change and tire rotation, while people came and went, one who arrived after me. After so long, I saw my car pull up to the bay for check-out. Still no one came for me. After 15 to 20 minutes, I went out to the area only to find ALL the technicians sitting in an office, laughing it up having a good ole boys time! I asked who is the Service Manager, only to find that they were all in the Service Manager's OFFICE! I was furious! He could see a car sitting there in the bay, completed and waiting for check-out and did not tell any of the techs to complete their service check-out before so the owner of the car could go home. To add insult to injury, they gave me TEN DOLLARS off like I should feel VINDICATED for a $10 discount. I called in and spoke to supposedly a Sales Manager and while I was talking to him, mysteriously the phone call DROPPED! I called back and he said he thought I disconnected.... right while I was talking. I called back again and spoke to one of the supposed General Managers, and the response was no better. I'm going to have to assume that not ALL Ray Skillman dealerships treat their customers like this, but I'm just saying. I would RUN from the New Whiteland location. I'm a black female and I say Blacks Beware!

    Quickest car buying experience ever! We drove from Louisville to get the Giulia they had just received. Brock was great and listened to what I wanted. (I had originally wanted an Audi TT but after test driving knew it wasn't for me.) We negotiated a price, and had our own financing. After getting there to pick up the car, it took about half an hour to finish the paperwork and drive off! Excellent! (Nobody in the business and apparently in the entire town wears masks, however.)
