The refinance process was great. But there are two big detractors in the overall experience. 1: The loan was ultimately resold to Mr. Cooper, which doesn't allow bi-weekly payments. 2: Apparently our contact information is sold to some 3rd party because we get tons and tons of junk mail related to mortgage insurance, refinancing, etc. Probably have gotten close to 100 pieces of mail in the first year. There was even a solicitation to refinance (again) before we made the first payment.

Bailey and Woods and Dave Price along with his team was great to work with. The process was quick and stress free. Would definitely recommend them on your next home financing needs. Looking forward to working with in the future.
