I went to Rapid Tax and Kris was AWESOME!! She helped me get the max of my refund along with a "first time" tax advance. Visit them next year for ALL your tax needs & questions. You will NOT regret it..

I was in a financial bind and found rapid tax on Google with their add about the easy refund. On my way home from work I called this location and spoke to Kris who gladly answered a few short questions. They were closing in 25 minutes and I asked if she had time to squeeze me in quickly, 3 dependents. She without hesitation said yes. Explained the advance and fees to me. Knowing I was taking a risk of denial she promptly took care 8f my tax needs and out in no more than 45 minutes later. By the time I hit 410 and Perrin Beittel I received a text message from Republic letting me know my advance was approved and would be direct deposit in 1-4 business days. PHEW!!! So glad I took the chance and SO thankful that Kris helped me with my needs. Very curteous and straight to the point. Very basic approval and denial facts for the advance we're given to them I believe so it's hard to know which way the decision will go. Kris, if she wasn't sure about the approval process politely told you she was unsure. I loved that! I'd rather someone tell me they do not know, rather than make up some lie to earn their clientele and make a buck on a tax return. Thank you Kris.

I definitely recommend you file your taxes at this location the staff assist you right away, and answers any questions quick and with confidence. Not to mention the paperwork was quick and easy!!

Was friendly and helpful during the process of getting my business but after calling to get the status of my return, very short and rude on the phone. That's not good business and I wouldn't recommend.

Not honest about how the tax refund process is to expensive. They hijack ur tax return so that the money goes into there bank account then they send it to you

THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 500 to do your taxes! You will sign so many papers that they make sound good. They wouldn’t even put me as head of house hold. DO NOT USE THEM! You most likely will not be able to get the tax upfront. We went there in need to pay out rent and they screwed me over. They said I had to file to see if the bank would approve me. So I got stuck with them and lost out over $2,000.

Highly recommend. They are Very Professional , organized, Very fast pace and make things really easy for the customers . They will always reach out to you if they have any questions to make sure everything is done properly. Will definitely always use them.

Came here for a tax advance and the lady here was so nice and helpful. She got my tax advance approved within the hour!! I would definitely recommend this rapid tax location.
