These people are a bunch of scam artist. They play games and when you pay them off they drag there feet releasing there lien. As well as refuse to let you speak to a supervisor. STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO DO BUISINES WITH THEM

Micheal has been one of the best customer help I have experienced in a while. He was assertive, friendly, caring and helpful throughout the whole loan process. I was literally wrapping up the final signing documents with another loan company when Micheal called me and explained the disadvantages and advantages of taking out a loan. Even without me expressing how urgent this process was , he was already on top Of things. Micheal was very helpful in me making the right choice about the loan. He also was very informative on the overall process even if it wasn’t his department. Through out the whole loan process, He would also follow up to make sure everyone else is taking care of me......I can’t say enough how easy he made this. The first review I've ever written in my life goes to Rapid auto loans and their staff! I want to thank Michael Ross the sales manager that never let me down one time and kept his word. I want to thank Jamie Valez, the closer. She was so kind and so professional. And Maria for her patience with me. I don't know how to thank them enough for being kind to me and helping me through a really scary process.. they are an excellent staff that I would highly recommend to anyone that is in need of help....they have changed my mind about how I feel about the car loan industry. I would never go anywhere else and I'm grateful. I was led right to them. They're just not a ruthless bunch of people that want to take your car. We all have to make a living so you may change your way of thinking after you have met these people. I certainly have.

This company has been very awesome to me!! I've had to get loans twice and they have been very friendly both times and both times Jesse has helped me. Title loans can be a very frightening ordeal but RA makes the entire experience easy. They are 100% upfront with fees and monthly payments so you are never surprised by hidden costs making payments stress free. If you need sone extra time making a payment, They will work with you, they automatically give you a 10 day grace period. They have always gone above and beyond to help me. Their professionalism is top notch and everyone that i have dealt with personally has been very caring and extremely respectful. Make Rapid Auto Loans your first call if needing a title loan, you wont regret it!

I would not recommend getting a loan from them once you get a loan they keep harassing you even if you making payments and then if your car stops working and you tell them they can have the car they don’t want to come get it and then keep harassing you still to pay and even Everytime you make your payments the price keeps going back up so it’s Like what’s the point of keep paying, I also no longer have the car and turned my tag in so I don’t know why they keep calling and texting me it’s very aggravating and frustrating.

Michael was great! He made us feel comfortable in our decision and communicated the details very well! We were extremely satisfied with his customer service and he had a great attitude! He was very helpful! Overall I was impressed with the services of rapid auto loans and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

The process did take some time. But through out everything was respectful and awesome. Everyone called or texted or zoomed within the time they said they would. My final contract discussion was with someone named Jamie and she truly made me feel comfortable that I was making the right decision and that I was able to afford what I was doing. I would do this again anytime I was in this position. Five out of five.

Edit: Will be reporting this company as they are STILL contacting me daily sometimes by the hour. I've never received a loan from this place. I don't even live in Florida. Somehow some way, they got my phone number and are contacting me about helping with a repo on my eldest sister's vehicle. She does not own a Chevy Silverado, yet they insist. This has been going on for almost a year now. Constant text messages and phone calls from different numbers. I've asked numerous times to stop being contacted. It's depressing honestly. And of course when I finally give in and call the scam-likely phone number provided by whoever "Blake" is, it rings and promptly hangs itself up.

The service was excellent! Carlos took great care of me over the phone, he answered all my questions, didn't dodge a single question that was asked of him. In my quest to get a title loan, I found that every company besides Rapid Auto seemed to beat around the bush. They told me everything straight up the way it was. Thank you Carlos for being honest, and thank you rapid auto loans for all of your help. I would recommend this product to anybody in need.

If I could give a zero star I would! I just called the 954 area code # back that keeps calling me. A rep by the name of Derek answered the phone. I have never in my life been spoken to so rudely. I used to get calls from Rapid Auto loans all the time in the past and asked to be removed from their list. I was up until recently, I started getting calls again. Sometimes 4 calls in an hour. I was very polite when I called just now to ask why they keep calling me. Derek, the rude phone rep, said "well I have a job to do so we'll remove you from the list" and hung up on me. All I was trying to do was find out how I got back onto the list to getting called again. I'm not sure what this company does but I would never purchase a thing from them if they employ just rude people!

Took my van and three years later still calling wanting me to pay even thought the took more In equity than the loan. Will not stop harassing me. Like I am going to pay and give them a vehicle. Court will be next if it keeps up. After Covid they started scamming people bad
