I was looking into purchasing my first home and needed guidance. I feel uncomfortable that I gave them so much information only to be ghosted. The guy was responsive in the beginning, then after he asked me to be an authorized user on my family's credit cards, he stopped messaging me. Very frustrating working with people who aren't up front about anything. I would rather contact someone who would tell me what is required to get a home loan rather than be told I'll get one and never hear back from them.
