Randy was amazing to work with for the lending process of buying out home. I've heard a lot of horror stories during the housing rush that we currently find ourselves in with companies like quicken loans losing documentation and being largely off the mark with their quotes, yet Randy was very much on the mark every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable and was available to talk anytime I needed him and made it feel like not only was he passionate about what he did but also made you feel as though you were his only client at the moment. I tried to get quotes and information from about 6 other companies all of which either took multiple days to get back to me, or gave me the run around and wouldn't answer questions I had directly which is something I never experienced with Randy at Platinum Mortgage.
