I highly recommend Ralph Willett for tax preparation services. Ralph has managed my very complex tax returns for a decade, including some very complicated returns when I worked part or all of the year in China and Thailand. Ralph is tenacious at reseraching the best options for filing, is tenacious at rooting out every possible deduction, always maintaining the highlest level of integrity. My name is Art Jones and I own A Art's Auto Repair and Handyman business and live in Kingman, AZ. It is almost 250 away and I have utilized Ralph's services for over 5 years. He researched back three years prior to that and found several costly mistakes from my former book keeper that cost me almost 2500.00. He is thorough, and meticulous, with a great comprehension of numbers, and business regulations that can affect the bottom line.

I was truly disappointed with his final year of services and the lack of communication. We had been a client since 2011. We were looking for someone in the Gilbert area. We wanted to support local businesses. In 2014 we had changed our marital status. It is after this change that service and/or communication really stopped. We had asked him to review the taxes he did for us to see if the change in filing status would help us get a refund of prior 3 years. It was before the end of the tax year, this year, he said there would be no big change in our tax for 2011. I contacted him towards the middle of June, he said he would get to 2012 and 2013 it in the next few weeks. I have tried to email (how we communicated prior) him, text, and left a message by phone. It seems that the change in status was an issue for him, but he was not professional enough to communicate this to us. It is a shame.

I can't say enough about Ralph's integrity and knowledge. I would recommend him for anyone looking for an honest and dependable CPA!
