Josh was exceptional. I am a new home owner and had no idea what to expect. He walked me through everything in detail, made time to get on the phone with me at any time I needed, and to walk me through each of the SEVERAL line items. To add, I’m not so great with numbers, so these line by line explanations really helped calm my nerves about the largest purchase I have made so far. There was one time where things got very confusing (interest rates, monthly payments, house payment, etc.) and I became very frustrated; I almost backed of buying. I met Josh Young while he work at Chase. I enjoyed talking to him and hearing all of the good thing his customer would say about him. Earlier this year Josh went to work for Caliber Homes and I contacted him since I wanted to buy a home. He got me pre approved, but it could be better if I took care of a few things on my end. A few months later and a lot of hard work I tried again. Josh is a very patient person, very easy to work with and talk to. When the home except my offer and the paperwork began, oh boy my stress level went through the roof. But Josh just calm my nerves told me everything would be OK and here I am now in my own home.
