Hard to reach anyone. Have to call back several times each time. Dial a teller is down more often than not.

I have had nothing but terrible service. Sure the one loan officer we dealt with was great, until we got our loan and whenever I tried to contact her again I couldn’t get a hold of her nor would she return my call. The hours of the branches are not great for someone working full time. Plus trying to call and get ahold of someone is ridiculous, I called every number several times before someone answered. Then when my husband lost his card they canceled mine too so we had no access to our money especially since it was a weekend and they are not open, then every time I have talked to someone they are extremely rude to me, from the moment they answer the phone. I’m done with tgis credit union.

Charging 27 dollars to prevent someone’s money from being stolen is pretty crooked. I question the legitimacy of this crooked institution. My Identity was stolen and money was being taken out of my account at will. Instead of being a helpful, secure institution they treated me as an inconvenience to their work day.

I always had nice experiences while at Railwest Credit union. Don't have any complaints.

I'm tired of twice a year or so you change your log in procedure so I can't get my banking done until I call in to complain. I've been with this union for over 50 yrs and the last two years have been a joke trying to do banking on line. You are not making it very easy on us seniors.

I am not very happy with this bank. My online banking does not work and they didn't know how to fix it so it has never been fixed. I can't see how much money is in my account and whenever I try to call them to see how much is in my account or do anything I can never get ahold of someone. I am going to close my account there.

I’ve been a member here for about six years. I’m shocked to see anything but 5 stars on these reviews. Every single employee my wife and I have interacted with here at this branch have been only respectful and professional. We love rails west.
