My wife Kim and I had originally been set up with Radius Mortgage Group under Colby Boppel, since we were working with a realtor from KW Metropolitan right next door. The arrangement makes sense; the two companies probably understand how each other works. Though we ultimately did not proceed with Radius due to having selected a Loan Officer that had been serving my in-laws family for many, many years, our time spent with Colby was still absolutely worthwhile. Colby treated us with kindness, respect, and was happy to answer all of our questions. He provided housing estimates promptly, even over the weekends, and genuinely seemed to care for his clients. The same goes for the other folks I worked with during the initial stages; Lindsay Palmer is also another standout. Again, the reasons my wife and I proceeded with a different officer are in no way a reflection on Colby. Despite our unique situation with having a "known entity" (the best way I can phrase it), I would absolutely recommend Colby for anyone else who gets recommended to Radius.

Erin helped us with our refi and we just closed last week. From start to finish, this was such a painless and smooth process. At the onset, Erin talked us through a few different options to see which best fit our needs. The appraisal was done quickly and professionally and the closing was sooner than expected. Erin was there every step of the way to answer any questions we had. We were so relieved to have had such an easy process and it was thanks to Erin’s tremendous level of professionalism and care.

Do not work with Colby in the Bedford office. He is so disrespectful, constantly lying, yells at potential buyers for asking questions to the point of tears and says that he’s allowed to do that because he’s the best person there so he can treat people however he wants.

Colby assisted us with financing the successful purchase of our first home! Colby was responsive and happy to answer any questions that we had throughout the process. Highly recommend Colby and Radius Financial!

We have worked with radius twice in recent years, once for a home purchase and once for a refinance. Both times, the experience was perfect, including having a representative come to our home in early evening so that it would be convenient for both my husband and me to sign the necessary papers.
