I walked in to Radiant Saturday maybe an hour before closing to apply for an auto loan. I was told that I most likely would hear from someone in the lending department the coming Monday. To my surprise 5 minutes after walking out the branch I got a phone call from Ellis Boswell, in the lending department. And literally from start to finish Ellis was EXCELLENT! He called the same day Saturday, and I got my new car Monday -2 days later! Ellis followed through, was kind, transparent, efficient AND I got an excellent rate! I can’t rave enough about my experience. From what I’ve heard the financing process can be extremely stressful, so I was very leery about getting a loan at all. Mr. Boswell has altered my perception completely and I’m very grateful. I received quality, efficient service, if you’re questioning getting a loan with radiant, DO IT!!!

I have been with radiant credit union for a few years now but what makes a great bank ? It’s the people that work there and provide that personal and professional touch. Juan Q at radiant is both professional and personal he always has a great attitude I’d he tells you something you can consider that a done deal he makes you feel important and listens I’m a hard headed individual (ask my wife ) I never questioned Juan not even once he has went above and beyond the call of duty the bank is lucky to have him I love my bank …. I have had many transactions with them, from loans to normal banking. Anytime I have ever needed anything or just had a question, everyone there has been super friendly and more then helpful. Employees like Ellis Boswell is the reason I use them and will continue to use them in the future. He absolutely goes above and beyond to help his clients in any way he can. My step father was in dire need of a vehicle - we called and spoke with Mr. Ellis and same day he was pre-approved and we started shopping. All of the financial documents were sent and signed by email. If it hadn’t been for the search and test driving of vehicles the entire process would have been completely painless. We have yet to encounter anyone in the Radiant family we wouldn’t hesitate to call on for any of our financial needs!!!!!

Cody at the Cheifland Branch did a great job opening our new account and shared my credit scores in a fast manner on a Saturday! He was very expeditious and relatable and shared that if I wanted to, they could even lower my car’s monthly payments. He wasn’t very pushy but provided me a print out to take home so I had the opportunity to make my decision at my own pace. I went in today, and Cody got all the information needed to send it to Jason, a loan officer at the main branch. They were able to have my Lon approved in a matter of hours and I was able to sign all the needed documentation online. I was very pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend that anyone looking to open a new account in the Tri-County area go see Cody!

Feb 2020 I called the main number for assistance to pay additional on my mortgage. 1-2+ phone transfers later, Caity Townsend is who I ended up speaking with. I explained I planned to do this monthly and asked if I would have to go through a transfer of several people each month? She kindly offered her direct number and said I could call her anytime. Even though I'm pretty sure this isn't in her "normal duties" That anytime ended up being one call monthly for 13 months. I have never met Caity in person but I will always remember her kind and very helpful monthly phone exchanges. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She is amazing and I'm thankful it was her on the other end of the line each month.

The representative assisted me was amazing. He explained everything in simple terms to ensure that I understood. I’m very happy to know that Radiant is no doubt my extended family!

Just refinanced both my vehicles with Jason Willard at Radiant! The process was so smooth and easy going! He answered all my questions and was very quick at responding and getting everything processed! 10/10 recommend Radiant for any of your banking or financing needs!
