I have been a member of Radiant Credit Union (formerly Sunstate Federal Credit Union) for more than 25 years. There customer service is outstanding and second to none. The convenience of their online banking and the services available is a plus for seniors like me. I no longer need to drive to the bank to handle my financial affairs. In most instances everything can be done online, from the comfort of my home. On the rare occasion when I need to speak with someone from member services they are responsive, professional and very pleasant. It is rewarding to be a member of Radiant.

The employees go out of their way to make you not only feel welcome but even though they are not a small establishment, their demeanor in how they speak to you makes it feel like it is a "mom and pop" type bank. They really do care and go out of their way to address all of your concerns and reassure you through their actions that they have not only listened but are doing whatever they can to fix the concerns or issues that you have. From the customer service department(Thank you Wendy for everything!) to their resolutions department(Dixie you are the best! Thank you for everything)to the management(Maureen I remember when you were a teller. I'm very happy for you) to the tellers, their customer service is second to none! I wish every business could have as good customer service as Radiant Credit Union does!! THANK ALL OF YOU!

Angel was a big help setting up an account for my daughter. Super polite and professional! I also saw someone from another branch who recognized me and came over to say hello. Nice to have a personal touch with a financial institution.

I love going here, inside or drive through when I have a problem now. I have been a member of this credit union since 2015 and knew everybody, then this past year everybody was new. I freaked out, problem after problem after problem BUT low and behold Ronnie introduced himself to me and made my attitude go away, he fixed EVERYTHING. Now, when I go there even if he is not helping me, he waves or nod, talking about one person Making a difference. Ronnie does it Every time. The others don't seem to care, some of Ronnie needs to rub off on them. I am 65 years old and always LOOK for professionalism, in my book, he is SUPERVISOR material, I was a manager before retiring, I can spot someone who is definitely worth keeping, thank you for allowing me to share negative experiences that have been made positive.

Radiant credit Union has helped me refinance my car with the lowest rates I've ever seen. The people who called you fast and effective. I'm very glad I joined radiant credit union.

Miss Sam's did an awesome job! Even though we were both having issues getting the problem is solved she's stuck with it until it was! You should give her a raise because she deserved it in this situation for sure. It's a holiday for y'all and she still came through! I couldn't been more happy accepted it wouldn't take so long for your computer to do what it was supposed to do.

Tarrin made refinancing my auto loan super quick and easy. I have been a member for over a year and have been very satisfied with the service I’ve received.

I'm reading above "from the owner" that I am one of the owners yet I continue to get locked out of my online account weekly and none of my employees have stepped up to offer real assistance to help prevent this from happening so frequently. There is a problem with this system and even though I've been a customer "owner" for almost 30 years I'm about to jump ship.

Radiant is great. They are so helpful ALL the time. They really care about their members. Can't say enough great things about them. Just went through a refinance mortgage and HELOC with them and they made it SO easy - amazing customer support.
