Overall happy with the service, friendly and professional, at peak times its a little slow. As for the people giving negative reviews, if you have f**k up attitude or demeanor that's the service you receive. Most irate customers are already having a bad 75% the other 25% have legitimate issues. Which one are you. I've been in customer service for 18+ years appliance installer

Customer service is very professional, prices are very competitive and the store is always kept clean, they will always have my business.

Customer service was horribleeeeee..... They are such a rip off!!! Will Rob u blind tired to pawn a tv because I got a new one he wanted to give me 75 dollars for a 50" smart tv are u crazyyyy. He was a white man very disrespectful. Before I even walked in the door the lady said don't let them rob u baby and that exactly what he tired . I wouldn't suggest anyone go to this business. Wish I could give y'all no stars cause u don't deserve a one star

My complaint is first off two fold. My first issue is on 5/12/18 I came into the Quik pawn at 326 B.Y. Williams Sr. Dr, Midfield, AL 35228, at approximately 4:40 pm. I waited to be served, my interest was in an assault rifle. At the time all the guns had been removed from the store area, I would guess, to a safe in the back. I asked Tyler what kind of guns they had, and he told me about an MP 15. I asked what was the price and could I see it. Little does he know that's the gun I've been looking for and I would have bought it on site but he as well as other employee's where more concerned about going home rather than sales. My complaint is I understand they were trying to close the store but, His attitude about the situation cost Quik pawnshop $700+ . I drove over 70 miles from Prattville, Al to buy a MP 15, In fact they wouldn't even look up the price of the gun, an employee guessed as to the amount of the gun. I'm not sure how Quik pawn shop intends to run their business with rude employees but, I was not a happy camper when I left the store. My 2nd complaint is of the extremely high prices of the guns in stock. I bought a carbine 9 from the Quik pawn off greens springs for $300 plus tax, only to look in other pawns shops and see the same gun for $250 with more accessories. Same as this MP 15 for 699 + tax, I found it in capitol pawn new for 649.99 . The lack of me doing research prior to me buying the gun is my fault, where as, the poor and rude customer service is on Quik pawn shop. This is my 2nd altercation with Quik pawns in the Birmingham area. My solution is to keep my money in my pocket and defiantly not buy anymore used guns at full retail. I would erg the public not to get scammed out there money by shopping at any Quik pawnshop in Birmingham.
