These people need more education to deal with their customers. Terrible service at the time of claiming. They are very rude and do not give you a refund if necessary, even if it is their mistake. They want to charge you 20 dollars and they refuse to give you a refund.terrible service...very un happy 😡😡😡

I always have a great experience every time I go to this location! My favorite customer service rep is Shareka. She’s very patient, friendly & professional! I’m always in & out in no time when she’s there!

I've just had rhe most pleasant experience at easy money with an employee named Erica. Erica was very polite, and professional.

Erica was very helpful and polite as to the customer service that was offered being the first time at this location, so far the best customer service I’ve received in a while!!

I'm very disappointed with this store. This is the second time an employee let someone fraudulent take a payday loan out in my name. I gave the store manager Erica my police report and the district manger has not returned my calls or showed me the video of the alleged payday loan transaction. This store doesn't care about customers and I will be hiring an attorney to sue EasyMoney corporation!

I came there with hopes of fixing a problem from the five points location. My experience was everything. The staff went above and beyond to help my situation. Extra procedures she took for assurance meant the world to me. I been going there ever since. I call it, "My easy money home". They're Always genuine, patient and more than willing to help..

Tishara and Latoya were awesome! They had wonderful attitudes and were willing to help me with everything I needed! They definitely need a raise!

I have nothing negative to say about this store in particular. They showed me great customer service They should fire the customer service in the corporate office and replace them with the ladies at the Midfield Easy Money store. The corporate customer service sucks! They talk to you like you are stupid and below them and they are really no help at all. I will never again ever deal with the Easy Money company at all for any reason. I was making on time payments of every loan i borrowed up until i lost my job. I explained my situation, they said i could pay the interest on it and pay the remaining amount within the following 2 weeks. i did that and hey still ran that check you sign and overdrew my account. My bank covered it and when i called to let them know and ask about a refund for the money i had already paid towards it the customer service agent i spoke with at the corporate office was very rude! Never Again! I don't recommend this company to anyone and if you live in Alabama you know that Alabama is a at will state. Basically they can fire you at any time for almost any reason. I had know idea i would lose my job and when i did i contacted the company before the loan was due. Overall they have caused me more harm than help. Whatever you do do NOT borrow from them!
