Nice selection and was organized. Manager Jake took his time helping me figure out which laptop would be good for my needs and budget. Educated me on specs to look for that i need for my programs to run lag free. I got a great deal on a really nice laptop that looks practically brand new! Customer service was amazing and I will recommend this pawn shop to my friends and family. They even have a warranty you can get to ensure everything works right. (Which I bought just in case- better be safe than sorry) Felt confused going in as I’m not tech savvy however, I felt confident coming out thanks to the amazing help I received! Thank you

The absolute worst pawn shop I have ever been in and I travel all over the country and love to check out pawn shops when I have time. The management has no clue how to run a retail business I dont know who hired these inept people but they to should be fired because they obviously cant judge who would be a quality employee.

The people there are very nice and they treat there customer with respect. I've been dealing with them for a while and they are always say hello and call me by my name

This is the worst place ever!! Go to springs rd. They don't answer the phone they use to call and tell you when your pawn was up for forfeit but they don't do that anymore (all the other stores do though). Manager is terrible she is always playing super loud music and cussing and ignoring the customers. Even asking customers for cigarettes and said she didn't have any. Talk about a lack of customer service and professionalism. Go to Springs Rd....it's worth the drive.

Bought a string trimmer. Told that it would have a 30 day warranty. It started at the store. Once home, it would not run at all; it would start but only run 5-20 secs before stopping. I attempted to return for cash or trade. They would not accept return in any manner. I was told by two store persons, before and during the purchase, that I could return it, if there was a problem. THEY DO NOT TELL THE TRUTH.

These ladies are AWESOME. I purchased a camera that, when I got home and got the battery charged, didn’t work. I called first thing on Monday, spoke with the assistant manager, and she was more than happy to exchange it for me. I did have the warranty but the warranty was only a couple dollars and it allowed me to exchange it easily. I would definitely suggest coming here if you’re looking for good used electronics at a cheap price. I will absolutely be coming back!!!

I have bought jewelry, video game consoles, and games from this location for years. I have been able to get significant discounts on sale items before, no problem at all. On CUSTUMER APPRECIATION DAY, management refused to mark down anything that I wanted to purchase at all. Not even a dollar. I came in today, on customer appreciation day, expecting to walk away happy and with a good deal. Instead, here we are. Mark-ups are way too high, a "sale" is not a sale, and don't expect management to work with you. Go somewhere else.

Stay Away!!! Stopped buy just to browse their firearms. I saw one that I was interested in and after 3 min someone finally come over and asked if I needed anything. They then told me the price of the gun which was $179 more than you can buy the same gun new Academy. When I called them out on it they got extremely rude.

I have been making deals with them for long years, they have always treated me right helping me to find what I was looking for at the right price until today , I bout a air ratchet took it home and didn’t work go back to the store , for replacing or credit and nothing, the lady manager in charge sucks she does not know how to treat and keep costumers for good business, who ever give her that position make a mistake that is going to cost them a lot of money , I will not come back there and I will tell my story to all that people that I know to keep them away from that place , all for ten fu***** dollars.
