Jennifer is VERY rude. I’ve never had issues with any of the people in this office until I received a call from this disrespectful and tactless individual. If she is as unprofessional with other clients as she was with me, I understand why they keep the doors locked during business hours.

One Main did an expedient job. Received an email on a Thursday inviting me to refinance my loan. Submitted information on Friday. Received an approval the same day. Closed the loan on Monday. I didn’t get exactly the amount I desired, but come to find out I didn’t need the amount I desired so it all worked out for my good. Alicia is the young lady who expedited the loan did a great job as well.

thought this would be a way to go ... they approved me verbally set an appointment for me to sign then an hour before I was to sign they denied the loan they approved me for because apparently they cannot do basic math..... that is POOR business... you do not approve someone and tell them "Your Approved" then tell them an hour before signing they are denied... you should never have said approved int he first place... do not do business with this company .... if they will lie about an approval they will lie about anything...
