Mines is white gold with a print I picked from their book it was 215 total that was paid for four bottoms good Quality so far and I brought a friend with me and they also got four they got yellow gold tho fit good out of about 13th pair I’ve had from teeth issues and they take about 6/7 days to come in so wasn’t to long of a wait and they called in enough time for them to be picked up same day they come in if their delivered at good time

this place is the biggest joke I’ve ever been to. not only did they mess my golds up THEY HAD ME WAIT WEEKS TO FINALLY NOTICE THEY DID DO IT RIGHT. i would never spend a dollar in that place. SO WHEN MY FAMILY GOT THE GOLDS THEY WANTED…they cracked …. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY

Horrible my brother went to pick his golds up and they was not molded correctly. I spoke highly of this place and was let down by them i recommend not going here for golds. 😡😡😡😡😡

Came here to get my girls before I went out of town for the show. I got to say I will never be back to this place again. The customer service was not up to par. Also they tried to tell me that there was nothing they could do. So in short terms I just gave them alone for them to give it back to me. Don’t waste your time

The low price wasn't even a surprise to me, what really upsets me about this company is that they flattened a section of my 500 dollar chain and will not take responsibility. They told my fiance heat was applied to the necklace to flatten it. It was a braided gold rope chain and they denied and refused they squashed the chain flat. It is clear that the person who tested it put WAY TOO MUCH PRESSURE when they scraped it to test it. First time going and never will go back 👎
The story behind the incident is that your Fiancé sent his mom in to get pricing on selling gold. When selling gold we always ask if it is okay we test the items to confirm what is real and what isn't. She consented for for us to test it, which was done in her presence. What we typically do is as scratch test on graphite plate which does not flatten chains. Your fiancé wasn't present to witness the process, therefore making his claims invalid. We didn't know who he was until he walked in half an hour later, being hostile and yelling at employees and proceeded to threaten to sue us without really allowing us to understand his issue was.

Took my jewelry in for repair never got it back. They say someone else picked it up. I asked them how they said they don’t check id’s. I can’t make this up. It was just a small Cuban but geez.. I should of went to elliante or ice box. To ghetto to be a legit jewelry store but would make a great pawn shop. I got all my receipts too for anyone needing some time of proof hit me up.

Great service and humorous staff. Incredibly helpful and more than willing to work with me. Their dog Marley is also a super friendly and beautiful store guide. Out of all my visits to pawn shops in the area this was hand down my best experience I've had so far.
