PNC Bank Vine St, Cincinnati

Terrible. I went in yesterday and I was the only customer. 3 tellers. One was leaving , one was on the phone, and one was helping another customer. NONE of them acknowledged me or said "Hi, we'll be right with you". I stood there for five minutes before any of them took any action. I did share with the teller who helped me that it was very frustrating to stand there, the ONLY customer, and be completely ignored. In addition, since when to bank tellers wear tank tops with their bra in the back completely exposed? So unprofessional. I will not be visiting this branch again. It's convenient to my house but the negative experience I had yesterday will keep me away. A simple wave and hello could have turned the whole thing around.

the worst branch of PNC i have ever been too. both ATMS closed down, the workers act as if you’re bothering them trying to get YOUR money. Stood in line for 10 minutes while they stared at me. Unprofessional and gross smelling inside.

There getting money from the ATM... Doesn't support free banking for CHIME customers like a lot of locations...

I went in to make a mortgage payment and i asked what the payment was, told her that I wanted the difference to be applied to principal. The (very nice) young teller said she didn't know what principal was and when the gentleman helped her they applied it all to the principal. The receipt looked as if they did, so I asked her again, before I left if this was applied correctly, she said "yes". TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES Properly, especially since they are handling your customers bank accounts!

I needed help with an audit and the folks at this branch did an exceptional job in helping me. I have been a customer for over 30 years and I have always had great customer service from PNC banks especially this branch!

This bank treats its employees and customers like garbage and should be shut down
