Ive had a loan with this company for 3 years. I thought it was a pretty good company but during this pandemic I have learned that they have no compassion for their customers. I explained why my payment was late.. Which is not even a whole payment because I paid more than half. And they want to ask me where my car is located? Lmao! Ive been paying you guys for 3 years and youre going to come take my car that Ive been paying and I didnt even miss the whole payment. This place is a joke. Not to mention I have had thee worst experiencee with their customer service when I fell a month behind during the pandemic because I had to switch jobs. Got laid off. I had a girl call me having thee worst attitude when I fell a payment behind. Calling ne all gangster like I owe her money personally. That is so unprofessional. Wish I could remember her name.

I've been with them 1.5 years. I was told wrong information by the dealership about changing the due date on the loan, but so far they have been great. I always get right through, they process my payment quickly. And when I got the loan, my rate was 2points cheaper than my last auto loan. All in All a good experience.

Got my sentra back in '16 and my relationship with this company hasnt been awful ..i appreciate their business and i finally payed off my vehicle in 2019. I did encounter a rude employee once throughtout my 3 year term with them. At the end of the day I just payed my monthly payment and they didnt bother me. So i give them a solid score.

Avoid this company at all cost. Had a Mercedes-Benz with them for a little over 3 years. Never been past the grace period for the entire 3 years. I used my car as a down payment owing around 1500 dollars. Mind you I just made a payment before trading it in. New car company told me they contacted them and advised them they have the vehicle and will pay them. They are now harassing me and threatening to damage my credit even after giving them the info on the dealership and general manager at the dealership. What a horrible way to treat a customer that has a perfect record with this vehicle. If this company comes wants to finance you HEAD FOR THE HILLS!!!!!

QUALITY ACCEPTANCE does NOT deserve the bad reviews currently being posted... I have been with Quality Acceptance for over three years now and I have NEVER encountered a rude representative or had a negative experience...quite the contrary...every representative I have spoken to over the years, has been, not only extremely professional, but courteous, and even kind. I feel this company goes out of its way to ensure customer satisfaction! I would not hesitate for a nano second to recommend this company to ANYONE contemplating a loan...my experience with Quality Acceptance has been a stellar one, and all I would have to say to them, at this point in time, would be: Keep up the good work and BRAVO !!!

Worst customer service experience ever !!! I called 2 times to get a different representative and nothing changed. The second representative was very rude. She rushed me and didn't answer any of my questions . After 2 years and never missing a payment this kind of service shouldn't be catered. I will recommend taking your chances else where. Don't rush yourself and look for a company that strives to keep their customers happy. I have not made many mistakes in my life but this was by far my worst mistake this year. I will never return nor recommend.

I am surprised they have a low rating. I have ZERO complaints. I pay from my savings account every month. They are awesome. I have a 10 day grace period to pay my bill. They do not bug me on my payments. Great company ..

This company took money out of my company operating account without authorization. I don't have an account with them, nor have I ever had an account with them. Granted, they said they will give me the money back, but the way they were trying to explain how it happened made no sense. The lady on the telephone was talking in circles. Consumers be aware.

My service with them was great until today they called and me recovering from surgery i had a understanding that i was all caught up after my last payment and my deferment was approved that was on friday. So i made sure they got paid anyway they went ahead with the bank draft i had went ahead and sent money thru moneygram being as i saw a pending bill coming out. But they said a return check fee of 180 something needed to be paid like when the hell is a return check fee 100 and something dollars. Then persisted to get rude so i asked to speak to a manager. I have all my reference numbers from my payment the manager got on and even she was rude to the point like you didnt even qualify for a deferment ( this i understood) and persisted to say i dont even see why they gave you one. So i told her you dont have to talk down to me. And ended the call. Is this how they do business im trying to explain my side and shes trying to argue me down that the records i kept were wrong(my receipts).

My mother paid off her car in April 2019 and still has yet to receive her title. We have called several time to see if they send us a title release form and nothing. The representatives are rude and not helpful at all. Looks like we are going to have to take them to court because this is the only action left to take.

I agree the customer services is horrible. However there are a few great people there. I did have two customer reps that were horrible. One wanted to argue with me and the other just was rude from the moment she said hello. Im almost done with my loan and would never go thru them again. But I do need to give praise to Josie. She always is so helpful, polite and understanding. Josie you derserve to be aknowledged. As for the rest they should go to some customer service training before answering the phone or calling customers really makes the company look BAD.
