They treat you as a customer not as account number and always willing to help you with your business. This is the big difference working with a community bank versus a big bank. Very rewarding experience. I highly recommend them.

My big bank (that I have had an account at since I was 5 years old and have had my business account at for 7 years now) prioritized companies like Ruth's Chris and Shake Shack when processing PPP loans meant for true small businesses like mine. I was completely passed over despite applying within the very first hour of the very first day these loans were available. I tried for a month to get in touch with someone and failed. Out of desperation I applied at Quaint Oak for the second round of funding. Despite the fact that I had no relationship with them Nicholas Consolo reached out to me the very next day to process my application. I am so appreciative of his willingness to assist. Smaller banks (and businesses!) are always better!

Avoid these people at any price. We were almost missing out on Pay Check Protection plan loan because of their lies. Finally, another bank resolved it for us. We spoke with a "relationship manager" he requested the bunch of documents after we had sent them over we never heard back. We kept trying to reach out to him, totally avoided us. We even emailed the CEO, all b.s answers, they would reach back out to us which they never did. Thankfully the last day of the application another bank did the trick. Avoid these people at any price really super unprofessional, waste of time.
