Honestly I don’t know how long our refinance took because it feels like it happened so quickly and smoothly. If I had to pin down a number I’d say a month? Less? Either way, Shannon and her team, Suzy, Joy, made the process seamless. Every question was answered promptly, even on weekends! Wonderful company that exhibited small-town, decent values and treats their clients like friends and family instead of a number. Personalized service that makes you feel like they truly want to help you succeed in being able to refinance for a lower rate or buy that property that you want. Communication was terrific - you know what is happening throughout the entire process. The process happened efficiently and quickly - as in a month or less. And if you call them, they talk to you like a respected human being not just a number. They are not like the big lenders who just make you jump through a million hoops and then end up exhausting you mentally and emotionally and then say NO! They are a breath of fresh air in the lending world.
