Purchasing property through the services of this establishment became a frustrating experience driven by their untrained and careless employees. Employees here cost me a great deal of time and effort because of their lack of attention to detail. The owner (female) when contacted about other issues is flip, unconcerned, and she cannot get you off the phone quick enough - dismissive at best. You perceive the idea that they believe they are a public service doing you a favor instead of seeing a service provider/customer relationship. The agent that handled my real estate purchase made error after error with constant phone calls to revise previous information that was incorrect on their first attempts. They even omitted several fees on my bill. And on the day I had to go to the bank for my cashier's check to send to Quad County Title, they called as I was going out the door and advised me in an unconcerned and unapologetic attitude that they forgot to add on another $250 fee! I had questions about copies of my title and other papers they sent me and the owner simply did not want to speak with me or answer any questions eventhough they collected a fee for their title services. But "service" is an unknown concept to them. I had a question about an email I received from them and she stated that "I would have to sift through many emails to find that and I don't have time." She continued to cut me off and send me somewhere else for answers on papers they issued First time, last time. I will never use them again.
