Purpose Funding was a terrific lender to work with. We specifically worked with Jean and she was AMAZING. She'd answer our calls and emails at all hours of the day/night. She gave us lots of great advice throughout the buying process. Most importantly, she was nice, helpful, and timely. Without her or Purpose Funding, we would have never stood a chance to purchase a house in this crazy market. We are so grateful and thankful.

Michelle V was an awesome agent. I received numerous calls including one from her, but, her approach was quite different. She was kind, patient, encouraging, truthful, and worked extremely hard to assure I got the best deal possible. I had an escrow where I was the listing agent and Jean was representing the buyers lender. As soon as we opened up escrow Jean had ordered the appraisal and the very nexrt day the appraiser was there. She was communicating throughout the whole process and we were able to close in 8 days! After closing escrow I reached out to the buyers agent and wanted to make sure for my future clients, I would be able to Utilize Jeans services. Once I got in contact with Jean I realized I wanted to work with her. She was able to approve a VA client that other lenders were not able to approve and I am forever thankful that I came across Jean. Hands down I would definitely recommend anyone to have a conversation with Jean and they will realize that they should have her in their corner representing them because she will go to bat for you!

I have been trying for over 2 years to stop this company from contacting me. I have kept all my contacts as advised by my attorneys to prove that this company does not respect peoples request not to contact. Reason, when I contacted Purpose Funding, I was treated very badly. I was rejected immediately. No discussion as to what needed to be done to qualify. I contacted another agency same day. Guess what? I was immediately approved. They treated me with respect and I was given a great rate. I have responded to every email with a "do not contact me." None of this has stopped them that, is why I have an attorney working with me to get enough documentation to take them to court and sue them for harassment. The law supports this and that is why I am proceeding with this suit.. I never want to hear hear from them again. We are almost prepared to go forward with this law suit. Funny thing about this. I listen to a Christian radio station and , guess who has an advertisement on that program? That's how I learned about this company. Maybe they need to listen to the program. It might help their character.

Purpose Funding is an amazing team. Kevin Soth was our point of contact and to say that he did an amazing job is an understatement. Good news and bad news, he was in full communication through out the entire process. Our loan was a challenge and Kevin went above and beyond to help us get out of a frustrating situation. Our refinancing process with Jean at Purpose Funding was easy and stress-free. I used Purpose Funding to refinance our loan, It was a great experience working with them, very professional and helpful, they were also on top of every issue that came up. the loan process was fast and easy, they did all of the work all I did is provide them with the documentation required and that was it. The Purpose Funding Team was the best experience I have had when working with mortgage loan companies. I have worked with about 5-6 mortage loan companies and banks in the past and they were by far the most professional, attentive, and patient enough to put up with me. Not very many mortage loan companies will tell you if the loan terms are not going to benefit you and only benefit the mortgage loan company/bank, however, Purpose Funding staff did, and I appreciate them for that.
