    incredibly frustrated... waited an hour for a banker to see me so I could send a wire. After an hour of waiting, a kind teller came over to check on me and ask me what she could do to help. I told her and she told me that the amount was below the online threshold and I could simply do it on my phone. The "personal banker" never thought to pause for 5 seconds and say anything to me, he just walked back and forth doing paperwork for another client. Take a second and thank me for waiting... tell me something to know I exist. Fast forward a week later and I need to send another much larger wire that must be done in person. I've tried to book an appointment online to this same branch and get a message that no appointments are available. Thinking it may be an on-line glitch (because I know you can wire from this branch), I try calling to speak to someone. 5 calls and same result. Wait and wait but no pickup. I've maintained sizeable accounts and purchased many services from Wells Fargo over a 20 year span. I'm done and will be moving everything (multiple deposit accounts, credit relationships... everything to a different bank as soon as I can.

    They never have a banker available for walk-ins not enough employees it’s a waste to even go there’s never service available and they’ll never do anything about it

    If I could give this branch a ten star review, I would. Here's why. Last week on Thursday December 2nd, I went to this branch of Wells Fargo to seek help understanding the process of a levy which was served against my account. This levy was also served against another account I own in a different financial institution (Credit union). Upon arriving at this location I was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Frank McGovern. Frank asked me to take a seat in his office so he could assist me with my issue. Without getting into the details of my situation, I have to say Frank is the epithomy of a caring professional. Frank took the time to look at my paperwork, explain to me the process, and even made phone calls on my behalf to other departments. Needles to say, I was so impressed with his level of empathy and professionalism. Unlike my Credit Union, which treated me extremely poorly when I attempted to get their assistance on my matter, Frank went above and beyond representing my interests as a Wells Fargo, long time customer. Oftentimes people only focus on poor customer service and even write negative reviews. I want to take this opportunity to give Mr. Frank McGovern kudos for his professionalism and excellent customer service performance. Wells Fargo is very fortunate to have individuals such as Mr. McGovern working for them.

    I moved all my accounts from B of A, where I was treated very poorly on several occasions. Wells Fargo always takes the time to take care of all my needs, from regular banking, to car loans etc. Wells Fargo always treats me with professionalism, and kindness. I rate them an A+++++

    We have been calling our branch in Laguna Niguel for days and no one ever calls us back. We will probably miss out of the PPP SBA Loan now because Wells Fargo won't answer our calls. We've been with them for 12 years. Will move my account to Bank of America who has been giving their customers the link to sign up.
