Been a member for a long time and always had a great experience banking here. This time I receive great services from Ghrissel Silva. She was very attentive, personable and a phenomenal multitasker. She explained everything to me very throughly and ensured that I was satisfied. Thank you Ms Silva and the rest of the staffs at PEFCU.

I've always had a pleasant experience and great service from everyone that I've ever come in contact with which have been several being I've been a member almost 10 years.

Ms Melanie was a very wonderful and welcoming, also very helpful she gave me a lot of information that I didn’t even know to help me with not just getting a car but building my credit as well the process exceptional her customer service skills was even more exceptional her helping she made me feel as though my problem was her problem and we we’re going to do everything to get it right and get me in a vehicle if I could give ms. Melanie 10,000 stars I would and I would highly recommend going through her

I have had PEFCU for a couple years now, I would give 0 stars if I could. I have had nothing but inconveniences from the start. I am low income and qualified for my first loan, and agreed to it upon me having the ability to pay it off and open another if in good standing to build credit, they confirmed that is how it would work. Paid it off, early even and then they refused to open another loan based on credit all of a sudden, when I had no negative change on the report. After telling them about the initial agreement they weren't able to find the "notes". They refused to allow me to have overdraft for a long time and when they finally enabled it after using it twice and paying it back within a week, I was told I had my mobile deposit removed and could not have it back until 6 months from now, due to the overdraft, when they presented the overdraft as a "premium feature" for good standing history. My card has been locked and if it gets locked you can't get it unlocked except during bank hours (if you can get a live representative to answer) Just an overall bad experience, much better credit unions out there who care about low income members.

They are always great with me....have nothing negative to say....just wish they had more locations in Georgia

Janay is amazing at her job! We walked in with so many questions and she answered all of them flawlessly. She was able to help us quickly get a loan and informed us about the option of car warranties through the credit union. We truly appreciated her going out of her way to provide helpful information and efficient service. Thank you Janay!

Don't bother calling, If you're able to drive there that's your best bet. No one ever answers the phone! I have been calling for 2 days at different times of the day. I still can't get a anyone on the phone. Only the automated system!

This bank is a JOKE. Nobody ever knows what they are talking about. Miscommunication across all platform's. Take days and days and days to get simple things handled. Worst credit union around by far.

I’m very thankful to have Natasha working at this location. She acknowledges me and takes care of what I come in for and even goes above and beyond to take care of any situation I might have. She is very caring! She ask about my kids, then we get into a mini convo talking about children without taking most of her time. I truly enjoy her presence! Natasha, Thank so much for your service always!

I was at the bank to make a deposit but I needed help with Apple Pay while there. Tasha and Christina were very knowledgeable and patient with assisting me. They displayed excellent customer service.
