Good Afternoon, I had the pleasure of working with Karel Rivera. She is a ray of sunshine. Karel, open my new account, made my deposits, and she also assisted me in opening an account for my son. Karel, was very patient. She took her time and gave us the best quality of customer service. I love working with Karel. She’s very knowledgeable in her position and other thing as well. I’ve never had such a great experience with a loan until Karel Rivera took care of me. My refinance process was so long and complicated, but every day Karel would write me with updates, and she went above and beyond to find the right solution to my problem, she was treating my problem as it was once of hers! I was a bit unsure of where to go but I had a very helpful credit union worker. Sasha Latimore was very genuine, up front and honest about the things I needed. She helped me understand the basis of what needed to be done. She was so friendly my nerves completely went away and it came so natural. I would recommend her to everyone that ever needs a union worker. I really enjoyed my experience there and would happily go back knowing she’s who I will be talking too. I am really glad that we had each other. 15/10 recommend. :))

PEFCU is the best bank to ever exist. The people who work here completely redefine customer service. But I may be biased because this bank changed my life.

Carmen was able to open up new accounts and get our cards and everything she did was in a timely manner,very pleasant and customer friendly!

Nothing against the facility itself. The employees are nice and helpful. The problem is that this is an employee credit union with only a few branches widely scattered. We live 75 miles from the nearest branch. There is no way to make a cash deposit without driving an hour and a half each way. They should upgrade their ATMs to accept deposits, both cash and checks. This would make life easier for it's members.

I have been waiting over 24 hours at the staging lot to deliver a load. This is absolutely unacceptable. I was told I cannot leave lot and may have to wait another 2 days to get unloaded I find this quite distressing. I have not eaten since I got here. My child has been at the nanny an additional 2 days because of the terrible management at this facility. I am disgusted at the lack consideration and of organization.
