Since we arrived until we bought my vehicle they were so nice and respecting. Very thorough in explaining terms and conditions. Signing was the easiest and fastest ever. Amber was so sweet and considerate. She helped me narrow down my numerous options when I was confused about what I wanted. I’d go there again definitely.

Went with my sister to get her into something reliable. We had friendly service the whole time. Our salesman seem to really care about putting my sister into the right car and explain the whole financing process step by step. I recommend buying a vehicle from drive time!

My experience at Drive Time with Shandell Rouse was like no other experience at a car dealership. I must say the overall experience was a pleasant experience. Usually before arriving on the lot of the dealership I am extremely stressed and exhausted just by anticipating the pushiness and inpatients of the salesperson. Today was truly, I sat in the driver seat and made the necessary decisions concerning what I wanted to purchase, how much down and affordable monthly payments. I just bought a 2018 Malibu today. I would recommend anyone to this place. I got turned down from everyone. I would never have thought I could get a new car. The only thing I didn’t like from drivetime is that they didn’t clean my car out before I drove off the lot. I worked with two sales representatives. The first was Amber and she was kinda nice and kept in contact but my second representative was Tameka R and she wasn’t friendly at all. She acted like she had a attitude. I would’ve walked away from the deal if I was already approved

Drive time is incredible and they helped me get into the perfect vehicle for myself and my children! I was able to find out that I was approved online before going to their Tampa location. I didn’t feel that there were any cars on that lot that were right for me (they’ve been moving them out like hotcakes!) That was no problem for them! We looked at what was in stock at their other locations and found a jeep that had low miles, no accidents, and a great price. It took less than five minutes to reserve that vehicle at their Lakeland location. I went straight there from Tampa, and Shawn helped me get into this jeep within no more than 2 hours! Amber was amazing! My wife and I came in with our newborn, 1 1/2 year old, and 9 year old, a little stressed out and exhausted adjusting to our new addition and the changes that come with that. Amber was extremely understanding and patient while we discussed our business, soothed a newborn, and chased an extremely fast child approaching her toddler faze through the dealership. She allowed us to look at everything we wanted to see until we found the perfect vehicle for our family. I was hesitant at first, I have never gone to dealer such as this before, but she made us comfortable and the process could not have been easier. I was there for 5 and a half hours just to find out the car they sold me th transmission was completely shot and there only excuse was well it's a used car you can't expect it to be perfect well I do expect you to actually make sure it works properly

We traded in our paid off vehicle, put more than half down on the one we bought to get a phone call 5 weeks later from Yamilet (who was our sales person) saying that there was an issue with our title and if we didn’t handle it that day they were repoing my vehicle. The title was suppose to be digital, it wound up being sent to us. After calling corporate to find out what was going on, they explained Yamilet handled this in a very unprofessional manner and that they would not repo my vehicle because that is not how this is handled. The manager was amazing I did deal with him in getting the title straightened out but I can only hope she never speaks to another customer the way she did myself on the phone. Yamilet was very pushy about her “amazing” review she made me post while sitting in front of her instead of allowing me to do it on my own time. The way she handled the whole sale had my husband and I not at ease when we left and definitely not at ease 5 weeks later with how she spoke to me. Please do better and maybe add some training into her work experience. We have bought from drivetime before and did not deal with anything like this.

I highly recommend Yamilet. She is very nice and knowledgeable of the vehicles. She does not rush you when making a decision. Lots to choose from. She’s quick with the paperwork and bank approval. I came in from out of town(texas) and the process was quick primarily because I'd done everything. I have no complaints about the purchase experience. The car sold itself. However, the only reason I'm not giving a 5 is because I feel as though the car should have been detailed and had a full tank of gas. It was just enough gas to keep the light from being on.

From start to finish the process couldn't have gone any smoother. I applied online and once I had the approval for the down payment I went searching for my car. It just so happened they had a 2018 Kia Forte on the lot and in the perfect color, blue with black interior. I had an older model Kia Forte a couple of years back and I really loved that car. After dealing with 3 different dealerships looking for a new vehicle I got frustrated because they still act like they are doing me a favor. So I made an appointment, with Amber, to come sign the documents and pick up my car. This happened in a span of 24 hours. I walked in with the documents that Amber asked for and the whole deal went like boom, boom, boom. Through it all the dealership was hyper sensitive to customers and their safety. My husband and I were in and out within an hour. Excellent people and a great place to find a great, clean, used car!

Yamilet was great! I was a previous customer in 2012 and at the the time never got a great deal. After getting screwed over by Lakeland Automall and their financial company, and getting the runaround at Regal Honda, I decided to give DriveTime a chance again. She had no problem accepting my down payment and even helped me get an SUV that I really wanted. Not only that, but since I don't put mant miles on my car anyways I pretty much have a warranty for my 5-year loan for only a little more. I just purchased my car yesterday, but the experience was fantastic. Yamilet Ralat was my salesperson. She took her time, explained the entire process and answered every single question. The staff worked diligently with me and provided cars for me to test drive. Mrs. Yamilet Ralat explained every aspect of the car's history. She left no information out. Bridge crest financing and how they tie in was clearly explained and put in writing. My family member called from Augusta Ga. with questions. My granddaughter came by the dealership and explain some things to Mrs. Ralat she listened to every word, and gave her professional knowledge about the car's that I selected to test drive.
