It's been awhile since this young lady waited on me and I misplaced this response card. But now that I've found it I am excited to share how wonderful SHELA HARREL was!! She was extremely attentive and professional. She had no problem going the 'extra mile to make certain all my needs were met at that Credit Union that say. She was so discreet. She was really amazing. She seriously deserves a Promotion and a Raise. We need more like her.

Public Service Credit Union is a pretty good credit union I have no complaints

This is an awesome credit union. They will assist you in your most critical situations and have the best customer service I have experience with banking. Their truly dedicated to their members.

I took out a loan with PCSU I didn’t think I was going to get approved but Kim Sable made it happen for me. She is very nice and knowledgeable about different loans and etc. I recommend the entire Michigan to go see her.

I opened a new bank account here so I could cash paychecks from my new employer. Just before i received my first paycheck someone stole some of there checks so they had to close that checking account. The check they gave me was supposed to go through but for some reason it was returned. The day I found out the check bounced I payed all the fees and made everything good. Because of that one returned check they canceled my debit card and put a ten day hold on my next check. I figured I could deal with a hold and not having a debit card for a little while. But when I deposited my 3rd check on the 15th the teller said she had to put a ten day hold on it. After i left i looked at the receipt and it said it wasn't going to be available until the 9th of the next month . When I called to see how she figured that 9th was 10 day. She stated that it was an extended 10 day hold and it was up to the cashier how long an extended 10 day hold was and if i had problems call the main office and talk to the manager. The manager told me that is there policy and i was going to have to deal with it for one year and after one year they would review my account to see about my debit card and getting rid of the holds on my checks. When I asked why it was going to take a year he replied it was because of all the the fraudulent activity on my account and if I didn't like it find a new bank. So screw this place.

I wish PSCU had more ATM machines available to its customers in more locations. I am currently a Chase banking customer and I'm very unhappy with the sevice that they provide! I'm willing to give up the convenience of their atm locations. I will soon be transfering my direct deposit to PSCU because the credit union has more to offer.
