    My first time there. And I must say. I got the VIP treatment. They took care of truck and did a good job cleaning my interior for me. Also they found my wedding band that I lost 6 months ago under the seat. Lovely staff and a 100 percent experience. I'll definitely be back.

    Many of my experiences especially when I purchased my truck have been great. However, recently I came in for an oil change and I waited 2 hours. It appears to me that if I am able to schedule my appointment it should never take that long to get my oil changed.

    The service I received was very good! The service man Andrew made sure that my oil change and rotation of my tires etc was to my satisfaction...He also went beyond by installing my net that goes in the back of my car ..... I like the prompt service and how they address any concerns about your vehicle! 5 stars!

    JJ Large is your man, from helping with questions too getting you in the vehicle you would like. He was and is super awesome.     This was my first time coming to the "dealership" for an oil change, after being married for 20 years, now divorce I am learning things for the first time. My experience started off kinda of rough, as I arrived early but was thrown off as to where I was suppose to go, until I noticed others sitting in their vehicles. I then just got in line and waited... then the garage door opened... LOL... after a brief wait, I was greeted by Andrew, I had previously made my appointment online and he explained that it would be about a 45 to hour wait for the oil change. He then ask had I ever been there before and my answer was no, he then put me in the system, explained that with the oil change came the tire rotation, which I had already gotten my tires rotated a few days ago, so it was no need, however great to know. I then went into the waiting room, enjoyed a free cup of coffee and after an hour, my car was ready. To my surprise, I was offered a 3 month trial with on-star and all the perks and they WASHED MY CAR... It really set my day in great motion. This might not be a big deal to most, but when you don't know something and find out, and it makes your life better, its a WIN!! Thank you to the team at James-Martin, especially Andrew..     I had to drop my car off for repair and needed to pick up a loaner. I was in and out. Not there 15 min. Everyone was so kind and courteous. I am confident they will take good care of my vehicle. I picked my car up yesterday and Chuck and Dave took really good care of my vehicle. The Collision dept are on top of their game and their customer service is impeccable. Thank you guys!

    Totally unprofessional and attempted heist of cost! I wouldn't use them again for my grand baby's big wheel! 1) Needed a key for ignition, made me a key that didn't work said I needed new costly cylinder..found key cylinder worked fine! No call back because they said they didn't have my cell..with their caller i.d 2) Cadillac recall, brake line corrosion, wanted me to pay 700$ because of possible rust..🤣🤣 they didn't even try.. Solution: Took my car to Les Stanford And they took care of my vehicle no issues or extra cost for their recall P.S a salesman called to see if I wanted to purchase a newer vehicle from James Martin..Hell to the naw!

    Only thing i didn't like is the fact my black license plate frame was changed to a white james martin frame without my permission and they would not wash my vehicle. They said it was to cold. My vehicle is red and black and the license plate does not match. Other than that i received wonderful service per usual and was in and out in less than an hour. I will be back.

    Horrible experience with a used car thought I bought. 3 weeks later the car dies while I am driving on the freeway, in heavy rain. The service dept was very slow to work on the car. 2-3 months later the car was repaired only to find oil, dirt and grease smudges all over the interior of the car. The worst part was the engine was replaced and had bolts missing from where the alternator was installed. Attention to detail is critical, when replacing the main component of the car-the engine. That level of detail/care was not applied to my vehicle. The Service dept didnt even communicate where the engine was brought from, the odometer difference or how to calculate other checkups going forward, like oil changes, and when to check other systems of the car. Honestly left a very irrevocable disdained feeling with this dealership.

    My visit is literally a 45-minute drive from my residence condo I truly can say the staff of the men but customer service repair a nice friendly I must add I would like if they would keep my vehicle cleaner evident at the time of waiting is usually presentable

    I was in and out within 45 mins for an oil change. They washed my car but half of it was still dry and dirty like water and soap never touched it. Terrible.

    Everything was very easy. I called about my problem, was given a relatively quick appointment date, my car was serviced in a convenient amount of time. The dealer kept my car overnight, and I picked it up the next morning. Everyone at James Martin was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Because their location is only about 15 minutes from my home, and because I received great service, I will definitely be a return customer.

    The staff is very nice. I brought my vehicle in to have an electrical issue diagnosed. During check in they asked if there were any other concerns. My uncle voiced that my air is blowing hot. I thought this was asked to aid in the diagnosis. I already knew what was wrong with my AC. Well they charged me over 300 for an ac diagnostic. Plus, they needlessly keep my vehicle over night.

    This experience was just like all of the others I've had. Everything when great and when I checked out the cashier asked if I had any points to use. I had never used any points and explained to her I didn't know how to use them. She showed me how to pull them up and I had more than enough to pay for my oil change. I couldn't thank her enough!!

    Appointments still require a lengthy wait time. Simple requests of ones possessions are not taken seriously. That alone makes me wonder how many other things are subject to being ignored. Professionalism, and customer service issues are the key factors as to why I will no longer bring my vehicle back to this location, even if I were to purchase one from them.

    From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and good service. I just had a flat tire, and was prepared to pay for a new one. The team was able to patch it and the total cost was less than $25. I will be back for all future tune ups and repairs

    I showed up to get my tires checked and to get some air put in them. Even though I did, it didn't start out that way. When I pulled up, I got out to go to the Service Desk for help. A Black Man was seated behind the counter (I forgot his name) and his 1st response was "We don't put air in tires unless you're here for repairs." First of all, I OWN a Chevy vehicle. If I pull up to ask for a tire check, I expect to get it. That was NEVER a problem at any other Chevy dealership I went to. After THAT response from him, he finally tells me to pull up to this other guy who finally checked my tires and filled them.

    It's been nothing but hardship since my purchase of this used vehicle from James Martin! My sales person is incompetent and rude! My car NEVER came with a wheel lock key and the sales person didn't care. The service department is slow and way too expensive! I don't think I will purchase another vehicle from James Martin!

    Had my car towed to be serviced. Was refused to work on it because he didnt like it was missing an engine cap n two hoses were lose. Wouldnt do the recalls or any other thing wrong with the car because he didnt want to do alot of work! And said the conditon(those 3 things he said),was and issue. And would be to much work.

    I've been purchasing new vehicles from James Martin Chevrolet for 10-plus years. I always work with Joe Tibbetts, whom sets the bar high - actually at the top. This continues with the service team, who aims for the same standards. Really, its easy to create a nice guest/customer experience once...twice! However, to do so every time - an achievement. I find the experience welcoming, relaxed, stress-free. Granted, this particular visit was simply for an oil change. But, I've required extended services on vehicles past, with no issues.     Communication was terrible. I talked to a rep 2 times during a 2 week period for a 1.5 day repair. Also told issue was something that it turned out not to be. I was without my business vehicle for 2 weeks without any explanation from dealership service although being told part was in stock. I expressed my dis satisfaction. With service rep.

    I took my truck to this dealership over 3 months ago for collision repair. So now for the last 3 months my truck has been back and forth to James Martin because of the work that they has provided now the engine light is on,vibrates in the front, tire lock missing and running board cover are loose.     As a former dealership (not yours) employee and former member of the media I tend to look at things very analytically. Easy location access. Very clean facility. Friendly & engaging staff. And you can tell content employees when they exchange conversation with themselves. My sales person J.J. Large was incredible --- made my first vehicle purchase in 18 years a breeze --- and he understood & appreciated my situation. If there was a questionnaire on J.J. I would have scored him all 10's. But a marketable kicker (again having been in the media and appreciating a good potential p.r. nod) here is that Mr. Phil Large and I have have known each other since pee wee baseball ... he was our shortstop and I the first baseman. America, apple pie, baseball and Chevrolet. Just a thought.

    There are several issues with my vehicle: the service tire system notification is on, the remote start doesn't work and the radio doesn't turn off when opening the driver's door. The experience as a whole was favorable despite these issues.

    Staff demeanor and responsiveness was good, wait-room facility was comfortable; only problem was the length of time to complete the work. If an appointment is at 1 pm, work should start well before 2:25 pm. Overall, I like your dealership and will not consider another one.

    Here's what I posted the day they gave my car back." they are always friendly. efficient, price for oil change is competitive. i feel as if they took care of my car. honest with me. " My car was back in their shop the next day, took 3 days this time, gave it back to me and it is back there now, less than 24 hours after they told me it was just a battery. 1 star.

    I received great service last week from James Martin. I took my wife 2020 Blazer for an oil change,and a repair of the seat belt. I thought I would have to pay.But the team made sure I did not pay a cent. Ericka the cashier chased me down and told me to use my bonus point (which I knew nothing about) to pay for my oil chance. She called Andrew who came and showed how it worked. Jodi the service rep told me that they will take care of the seat belt for me free of charge. In a time where companies are driven by money, and can care less about the customer,I was impressed with there service! They worked together a team to make sure I was taken care of.. You have a customer for life!

    Andrew was an amazing help! He asked a lot of questions to make sure he knew as much as possible about the problems I was having with my car, walked me through what was going to be done to fix it, and made sure I was satisfied with everything. Turn around was quick and the work done was excellent- definitely would recommend to anyone in the Detroit area.

    This was my second time going to James Martin Chevrolet on Woodward in Detroit MI for an oil change and once again they didn't rotate my tires nor did they put air in them. Fortunately I won't be giving that particular dealership my business anymore nor will I be recommending anyone to go there either. Those people need to learn to do their job, thoroughly.

    My car is running like new again however it took entirely too long for me to get my car back. I lost money because I had to get a rental for and few days and then I had to call off at work one day because my car still wasn’t ready. First work order was 1255. Second work order was 695 and that was with a discount. At this point whatever else happens to my car, I definitely won’t be back to James Martin for sure.

    I always get tremendous service here!!! The only concern I had on this visit was I was getting something fixed and got a quote for it. Once my car was ready I was told another price because they fixed something extra. The problem was that I was never told they were going to fix an additional part. What if I didn't have the extra cash to pay for the labor that was already done. I just would have liked for someone to tell me if there any changes to make sure I can pay for the services. Other than that this is my Dealership everyone is friendly and professional!!!😁🥳

    Tom Knapp is a great, no hassle, non pushy, friendly salesman. Very informative and patient. He thoroughly went through the vehicle and all the options. I was in a time crunch and on a specific budget, and he delivered what I asked for the same day!
