Provident Funding service thus far has been impressive, I refinanced an investment property with this lender and it’s been all positive. Going on 3 plus years and no negative feedback to give about this lender. My favorite item about this lender is there online platform to access the loan. Extremely easy to make online payments, the page provides all critical information about the loan (current principle balance, loan end date, etc…). One feature that I really like is that anytime I make an additional payment towards the principle balance. The amortization schedule automatically updates online showing me the money that will be paid towards interest and principle balance in my next scheduled payment. Encourages me to make additional payments because I can see the needle moving on the balance. A lot of other lenders don’t show this online. Again impressed with this lender, I would borrow from them again.
