David helped us close quickly on a complex purchase in the hottest market I’ve ever seen. I was nervous because our contract had no contingency plan. If the loan was delayed or didn’t work out we were in the hook for the purchase. He did everything on time or ahead of time and it closed without any issues! Absolutely outstanding! David Yi and his team at Providence Mortgage saved the day and the deal. The Buyer’s agent called me a week before closing to say that the Buyers financing was denied. Worked with David and John (mostly John) and they did a great job for my mortgage needs. I had compared them directly with other lenders, and looking at costs through Zillow Mortgage plus some recommendations from a real estate investment group on FB. They beat the best deal I had by about $1000 dollars when comparing lender costs and rates. Suggestion is to know your DTI, LTV, credit score, amount needed to be borrowed, and recent credit inquiries to help them give you an accurate estimate. They will work with you on costs. I can’t not emphasize how easy it was to work with them when rates increased from initial inquiry to loan lock. And oh yes speedy.... refinance initial inquiry was on 26 Aug, locked on Sept 1st, closed on Sept 14th, and funded on Sept 18th. WELL UNDER 30 DAYS from start to finish!
