I wanted to share how pleased I was with a last minute visit I made to Jim Coleman Inifiti for an issue I was experiencing with my car. I was greeted immediately upon arrival by Danielle Watson who explained everything to me in detail after my car was inspected by a technician. She took the time to answer all of my many questions and go over what options I had to repair my car. Danielle was very professional and friendly throughout the process and the repairs were done quicker than I expected. I met the service manager Taylor while I was waiting and let her know how pleased I was with her team. She was also very polite and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you to your team- because of this experience I will definitely be returning in the future!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is a vital part of the business. Having excellent customer service can have a significant impact on businesses. Enrique in the service department fulfilled that. The service provided to my mother and myself at Jim Coleman infinity was just spectacular.. to start off they provided us with a Spanish translator for my mother.. which incredibly is hard to find at times.. Jen made my mother feel at ease with her attention to the customer and her hospitality .. Oba made the buying process very smooth.. from the expertise as a q50 owner I knew the right person was selling me my car that day. Over all we both have left this dealership very satisfied we’ve been Nissan/infinity owners since 2003 and look forward to buying our SUV from here in the nearest future. Spoke with salesman Kirk, told him exactly what I wanted. I received exactly what I wanted with no hassle. Even though Kirk had another customer at the same time, we both received the same level of excellent of customer service (no rush). The used-car manager and finance director was also great as well. Overall I highly recommend Jim Coleman Infiniti of Bethesa and they have good cookies 😉

The process of buying a car is never easy. I’m glad when we called, Jennifer picked up the phone. She was very professional and was able to answer any questions that we had. It also helped that she spoke Spanish which made my mom feel more comfortable since she was the one buying a car. Jennifer was able to point us towards the right direction. The process wouldn’t have been this stress free if it wasn’t for her. When calling, ask to speak to Jennifer. Highly recommend!

Took it in for normal service just oil change and price came out pretty outrageous and then saw the suggested report of brakes need done I just got done 5k again in previous maintenance and told brakes were all 3mm which is not they are 8mm I went to get a 3rd party opinion and told all flushes need done. Wrong my car is low miles and I had other car shop take a look they are clean. Then told all filters need to change they were just got done last 5k previous maintenance and told tires had dry rot had other tire shop local take a look all my tires were fine. Waited for my car for simple maintenance which said 1hour 30 mins but I waited about 5 hours later with no updates or text or eta or calls at least. I brought it up to management no response. Don't know what kind of business is this.

I recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or old vehicle to visit Jim Coleman Infiniti or Toyota. My experience here has been nothing less than great deserving more than 5*'s. In the beginning I did have small complications. Nothing more than the normal when trying to purchase and make sure you have the perfect vehicle. But team member such as...... Mr. Enrique / Service Consultant whom went out his way to make sure I understood all service performed on my vehicle, as well as followed up with texts and direct phone calls. Mr. Renay / Used Car Advisor whom was very informative in letting me know when my vehicle was ready for pick-up after service was completed. He too also demonstrated outstanding customer service by keeping me informed of everything Mrs. Taylor / Service Director whom contacted me after everything to assure my expectations were met. She even let me know if there was so happened to be an issue, to feel free to contact her anytime. Mr. Vincent / Director of Pre-Owned Operations whom was by far the vip of the whole experience. He too contacted me to assure my overall experience was great. He had no problems answering any and every question I had to ask, and so much more. Team members such as those whom I named are what makes any business great. I will surely purchase any future vehicle from here again. As long as they keep people such as those named, who goes out their way to demonstrate customer service as it's fullest.

On Friday, June 24th, my wife and had a wonderful experience here at Jim Coleman Infiniti. We were shown the greatest level of customer service. Oba helped hand pick the car my wife was looking for and Danelle Kisner was superb in handling the finance part of the process. Noah Traore is a SUPERHERO! His superpowers are patience and kindness. Warmth you don't experience much anymore. The most difficult part of the transaction was me - I called, texted, and emailed Noah constantly. He was always available. Always patient and reassuring. Always kind. Noah picked me up from the Metro station in my new car. AND HE KNOWS HIS INVENTORY. We pulled over and he explained key features and continued to instruct me during the drive. The last time I bought a car those features didn't exist. But I felt very CONFIDENT during the drive. When we arrived at the dealership and after a seamless, virtually effortless process, Noah wasn't done. He patiently went over more features. All with a smile. TEAM NOAH! Everyone I met was friendly. When you go to buy a car you expect a salesperson trying to push you into anything.That was not the case here the staff as a whole took their time,but Johana went above and beyond and was patient with me. When my husband and I first visited this location to have our car service done, I was hesitant because I didn't feel comfortable. Enrique and Taylor made us feel comfortable as soon as we stepped inside. We were about to leave if it was not for them. We need more people like them to make us feel comfortable. They are very kind and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t ask anyone to assist me but those two. You guys did a fantastic job. I travel about an hour to Jim Coleman strictly for the amazing employees here! Danielle my service representative is always attentive and wonderful to talk to! She is always understanding, knowledgeable and helpful with whatever concerns I may have. I had already researched the vehicle I wanted and had been texting Kirk to let him know when I would be there. Hubby and I walked in around 9:30am met up with Kirk and started our process. His demeanor was so pleasant and warm, not dismissive and pushy like some s ales people. We took the truck out he went through everything and was very detailed which I appreciated. Got back to the dealership and it was like an assembly line. Several of his co-workers jumped in and work on different areas. Everything went smoothly and we were out of there by a little after 10am. Took my infinity G35 in for regular maintenance and never had a better experience with service anywhere else. Samir greeted me right away, performed a very informative walk around, reviewed the services due. He was on top of the service from the beginning to the end. I even received a follow up phone called a few days later to check on how the the car and service went. To say the least I am beyond impressed and would love to recognize an amazing employee. Jim Coleman came highly recommended and doing my own research looking at the reviews I decided to give them an opportunity to work on my vehicile. I must say they did not disappoint. From the start of my process the communication was clear and I felt the need they were honest and wanting to help. I recieved text updates, my electronic work order and constant communication on the status of my repairs. No work was done without me authorizing it and they were great with recommendations to help increase the life and safety of my vehicle. On pickup my truck was ready to go and very clean. The service representative Danielle and Service manager Taylor were by far the best i've dealt with anything involving my vehicle. I do not currently drive an Infiniti but regardless of your make and model you should have 100% confidence that you're in good hands at Jim Coleman Infiniti. I for sure will be a repeat customer with any vehicle I own in the future. Thanks again Jim Coleman for the great experience my truck feels like it's brand new!

Every time would bring my vehicle in for service the rep would tell me that "this service costs X" which is always a very low number, and then inevitably several hundred to several thousand dollars of "unforseen" costs are then deemed absolutely necessary. This is on an Infiniti vehicle where they know the mileage when I'm bringing it in... yet these extra costs are "unforeseen" despite almost all of them being "recommended by mileage." Most recently, I was told it would be $70 and then more than $2000 of additional services were ALL labeled "Critical" including cleaning out the car's interior air vents and replacing the windshield wipers because they "were streaking" which required all of 5 seconds from me running my fingers over them to remove the gunk stuck to them that was causing the streak. The one thing I'd told the service rep about... that the 3rd row seat lift mechanism had failed twice so that I had to put the second row seat forward and lift the seat up myself with a lot of force... the diagnosis they gave for that problem was that "the second row seat was likely reclined prohibiting the 3rd row seat from going up"... tell me... how exactly could that have been possible when I'd just said that I'd put the 2nd row seat up and still had to lift it by hand? The ONLY positive of the entire thing was the ability to get me in with little notice and that there was a loaner car available... which REEKED of smoke to the point I had to keep all 4 windows fully down the entire time I was in the vehicle. But, to their credit, someone had thoughtfully hung 3 "little tree" fragrances from the rear view mirror, because that would totally fix the problem. On a previous visit, the service tech put 4 long scratches on the hood which the rep and I spent over an hour arguing over with him swearing up and down that those scratches were there when I brought it in before they finally found footage on their camera system SHOWING that their tech had scratched it. This is sadly, completely indicative of just how terrible Jim Coleman Infiniti is, so much so that I happily drive into Virginia now to have my car serviced there instead.

I recently sold my car to Jim Coleman Infiniti and worked with Yani Cadet, she was an all-star from the get-go, meeting me outside and having me in an Uber heading home in under an hour and a half. She made the entire process incredibly easy and comfortable, walking me through it and explaining everything from the valuation to the amount of time the check would clear. She even took off my license plates for me and reminded me to grab my EZ-Pass. More importantly, even after I left she still kept me up-to-date and communicated with me throughout the process of receiving my check. The dealership itself was incredibly clean and they even had fresh baked cookies and drinks in the lobby. I couldn't recommend Jim Coleman Infiniti and Yani Cadet enough, if you are looking to sell a car she should be the first person you seek out!

I feel like 1 star on this review, is 1 star too many. This was a disappointing experience on so many levels. I visited this dealership with my girlfriend on Saturday February 12th 2022 around 4:45 PM. She was interested in viewing an Infinity QX50. This was our third dealership of the day as we had not located a vehicle that met her needs. While browsing the lot, we met our salesman Gregory Bindah. Gregory was everything you could ask for in a salesman and one of the most personable human beings I have encountered in my life. Gregory did such an amazing job that we just felt we wanted him to have our business. It is rare to have that feeling these days. Then things took a huge turn in the opposite direction when we sat down with the pre-owned/leasing manager "Stas", Stanislav Odnolko. While Stas had a job to present numbers to us, he was very rude and abrupt. When I had stepped away from the table for a few minutes, Stas returned to speak with my girlfriend without me present. He became even more rude and discourteous with her. He then became short with me when I returned to the table while haggling over the trade in price. My girlfriend told him several times that she felt offended by him, he sat silently with his arms folded and did not once apologize. After the deal fell apart and we prepared to leave we were approached by another manager, April Goodman. April began to speak to us and wanted to know what was wrong. My girlfriend actually broke down crying about how she was treated. April at least apologized for the way she was treated, but then she made an offer which made me even more offended. She tried to offer my girlfriend a take home test drive of the car she was looking at which really was another way of just still trying to sell us the vehicle and lock us into having to return to the dealer the next day. It's her job, I understand that, but where is the line drawn? I feel awful that such a great salesman like Gregory has people like that above him who are just ruining his deals. I want to be clear this wasn't about price haggling. This was pure rudeness and a complete lack of empathy. I think that every dealership should have an Oba. His patience, knowledge, and honesty was so appreciated. I am very indecisive but he made my experience easy and I wanted to make that purchase. Talking to him was nice, his personality is so easy going. That makes the experience all the more better because some sales people don't take the time to listen or share their own opinions or offer advice. They simply want to make the sale but Oba was the complete opposite. Any issue I had with the process is water under the bridge because of my experience with Oba. If you are looking for an Infiniti - he is your guy. I have never owned a luxury vehicle but I am very happy with my purchase and can already see the future and me in my next vehicle. Thank you Oba

Avoid Jim Coleman Infiniti, unless you want to get fleeced. They charge 2-3 times as much as other Infiniti dealers. You will get much better service at either Passport or Sheehy.
