Prosperity Bank S Staples St, Corpus Christi

I was just in this Bank a couple days ago and cashed a check against a customer's account and was not charged a fee today I went in and they wanted to charge me a $27 fee this Bank does not understand time management and common courtesy to non-customers. I appreciate them telling me that they did me a favor the other day but they ended up costing me time money and gas today because of their lack of explanation and lack of professionalism. I talked to everyone inside the bank and not one person was willing to fix this rather they gave me attitude and a smart aleck response. You can look at my profile I've only given to businesses in my life one star if that says anything. Stay away from this Bank. First Convenience Bank right inside Walmart next door does an awesome job and they're constantly going out of their way to help me out

I wouldn’t recommend prosperity, they are a pain to deal with. Customer service isn’t to good either. Lots of problems with online banking with the direct deposit.

I called to resolve a problem that was with my online banking account. I was speaking to Victoria and I was telling her about the problem. (I had to call back and get her name from Christian because she didn't tell me) She answered my question about my account by saying "I don't know what you want me to do ms. Garcia" she was so rude. Attitude from the beginning of the call. When I told her I would like to ge remote information on closing my account, before I could even get more information she said "call back on Tuesday, goodbye" and hung up on my face. I have been a loyal prosperity bank customer since 2016. I've run into a few problem but always try to look past them. Never have I had someone be as rude to me as Victoria was from this bank. This ruined me as a customer to this location or recommending anyone to prosperity bank ever again. And I have sent a handful of people to this specific location. I don't know what happened to the customer service at this location but it took a turn for the bad. She needs to be trained on proper customer service or find a job that doesn't require to interact with people since she is so easily set off.

Great people working at this location , never had a problem with their banking , the employees go out of their way to help you out

30 minute wait for change in the drive when I was only customer in all drive thru lanes.... Never coming to this location again
