    Basic oil change and firmware update for the infotainment system took little longer than expected, but the service tech checked all fluids and inspected my vehicle. No sale pitches, no "additional offers", just perfect service and no hassles. Makes this the most reliable service I have had.. more than gratified.

    Service was prompt and staff was helpful. Had to have Ram Box lock fixed. I’ve heard this is a common problem and that the responsible part is a plastic piece that breaks. This part is less than 2 dollars but I had to wait about a month for the part to be available. This fact disappoints me greatly because I’m also waiting on a back ordered fuel pump to fix a recall and waiting on a suspension piece that’s also backordered for at least a month. Having to take my truck back-and-forth to the dealership to repair these parts piece by piece rather than getting them all taken care of at once is very inconvenient I use my truck for commuting and it’s not very easy to borrow a vehicle each time I need something fixed

    Workers were super helpful and friendly and very informative. The free ride home and back to pick up my car was beyond helpful and didn’t even know that service existed until it was offered to me.

    Bought a car and warranty from lithia and a little over a year later the engine failed. Did as the warranty stated and returned vehicle to lithia. Was charged out of pocket $781 for them to tell me to take my car to the kia dealership. Luckily the vehicle had a recall on it and Mike Shaw kia covered the cost and installed the new engine free of charge.

    Great service and the employee that helped me was very courteous friendly and very professional and understanding with me. After I got so livid knowing I was lied too. I was told by sale agent that sold me the truck that I had 2 free oil changes within 2 years come to find out he lied. I had to pay out off pocket when I've bought brand new cars with KIA and FORD they always covered up to 4 to 6 free oil changes. He not only lied but decit me just to make a sal but practically Forced the truck I bought from him. Never again will I buy or recommend Dogde Ram at Aransas Pass.

    The lady at the service desk had such a great attitude for still being in training..I myself had many questions and she went out of her way to help with them..I didn't get a response as to "I don't know im still in training"..     I scheduled an appointment with Jon for a clicking noise in the right front. He assured me that everything was fine and he would make sure I was taken care of with the confidence “and beard” of a Greek god. He kept me informed and updated throughout the whole process on every step. Jon is now my #1 service professional. When my kids are grown and need repair advice I’m going to give them Jon’s number so he can walk them through their lives with the same confidence then play kickball with them in the back yard. I’m legally changing my name to Jon just in hopes of being the man he is. I even tattooed his name on my chest so I’ll never forget the absolutely amazing customer service I received! 100% hands down the best service advisor in this great state of Texas.     Vacationing in the area and needed an oil service and rotation. Due to defective item I had to leave my vehicle overnight. Stranded in town without a vehicle is not a good feeling. No loaner vehicles available I ended up renting one. The new part came in at 11:30 am. Repeated attempts to reach my service advisor were unsuccessful. I showed up at 1:00 pm only to find my vehicle still waiting to be serviced and my service advisor out to lunch. Why did it take an hour and a half to get my vehicle into a service bay and only after I showed up to complain. Was not treated as a preferred member.

    David was exceptional in his ability to me in when my engine light came on. When I pulled into the dealership, I barely got out of the car before he was there helping me. The diagnosis seemed very thorough. They were able to diagnose the issue, correct the problem, and also tighten my gear shifter. This is something I didn't even know was a problem. I'm grateful for their kind, courteous, and expeditious service.

    Stopped in due to wobble/shaking in ram 3500. Service manager took it for a quick drive and noticed uneven wear on both front tires. I did not have an appointment and they were short staffed but still were able to fit me right in with no waiting. 2 new tires and an alignment and I was back on the road with no issues.

    They sold me a 2017 Chevy Malibu. Few 4 months go by and it started to break on me. Brakes stopped working when I had my son in there and had to buy new part. Now, all these parts in the vehicle are all burned out and going out on me. So, now what? I’ll be paying 700 payment on a broken car not being used???

    I was being charged $670 for 1hr job. Also what is the shop fee for materials? I was charged $226 & didnt get any work done. Im Not sure they performed the warranty *active mass module* swap w/new module. Disappointed in the service & hidden BS fees. After purchasing 3 vehicles there I expected BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
