I just bought a PS4 slim from there works fine but the controller it came with won’t even turn on even after trying to charge it I tried to return the remote for one that works and they said they don’t have another one they can give me that I’m stuck with the broken one

Being a customer with First Cash Pawn for over 10 years I was told I could continue an over due pawn for ten dollars on Friday. In desperation to save my watch I aired my dirty laundry to get help and was then held up for a much greater amount as two of my friends went out of their way to help. Thanks to my friends for their efforts and apologies to others for putting you in an uncomfortable position. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH FIRST CASH PAWN. THEY DON'T APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS AND LIE TO YOU ENCOURAGING YOU TO ACT IN DESPERATION SO THEY CAN MAKE A BUCK. Please share

I was very disappointed with how I wad treated when I went in there! I needed some money to get through the week, so I decided to sell my new camera. They told me they could only give me $10 for it, because cameras are obsolete. What a rip off! Never sell them anything!

Not impressed at all i took my 48 inch flatscreen just to pawn not to sell so i could pay a bill and they said tgey could only give me $45 when i see they have their 40 inch tvs priced at 200...and thats cuz all i askd for was 50 n tgey couldn't even give me that

bad customer service as a “manager” , like if you don’t look happy where you working , get a new job 🤣

Extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I’ve been a customer for a long time and they treated me poorly and are charging me an insane amount of interest just to get my item out. Don’t trust first cash with your belongings.

I called in and asked if they would buy or pawn a HTC Vive. The guy says, "No, we don't deal in those. You can get them for free from your cell phone provider." I said, "No, sir, this is an HTC Vive VR Headset that retails for $800, you don't get these free with a phone. May I speak with someone else?" He replies, "I know what I am talking about, we get in the Samsung VR headsets in here all the time, people get them for free." Again I asked him if I could speak to someone else. He refused saying he knew he could get the HTC Vive for free from a cell phone provider. With employees like this I am not sure how this place stays in business. This is not the first time I have had a problem here. The first time I was trying to pawn a $600 custom made knife made from Damascus steel. The person I talked to tried to tell me the steel was fake. I watched the guy make the steel at his press in Michigan. He refused to call anyone over that could better identify real Damascus steel. Another time I went in looking for some camera accessories. I saw flash that I was interested in and ask an associate to give me a hand. It was a Sigma EF-610 for my Canon. The price on the bottom was $175 when I showed the associate that the exact model retails brand new in the store for $165 he told me I had no idea what i was talking about even though I showed him the exact same model number on a store page. These people have no idea what they are doing, what they are buying or what they are selling.

Wow just bought a schwin bicycle for $20, yes it has some small issues but nothing I can't fix. Great deal, great price .. Robert the asset Mgr was fabulous....

Very rude service to customers,false advertising and lying right in front of you.Maybe they should train the employees on how to interact with customers and general customer service etiquette. Won't be getting my business as I am a consumer not looking for a loan
