Prosperity Bank Lake Pointe Pkwy, Sugar Land

I have been with Prosperity Bank for 20 years. This location is the closest location to their headquarters and you would think they would best, however they are incompetent. They always have people answering the phones that can barely speak and understand English. They always act like they are surprised with any question you ask them. Slow service. Pass you around from person to person because no one knows what they are doing. Awful

I have always found the staff and executive at this location professionally knowledgeable and timely with all the customer services I need over the years. They go out of their way to make things easier for the customer and very dependable. Warm and friendly place to visit also.

Amin Mohammad was very helpful in assisting me with my needs. He was very courteous, friendly, and efficient.

Yolanda the Manager was extremely rude to me. She continued raising her voice at me the lobby due to me not understanding what I needed to do cash a check from one of their account holders. I have never been treated so disrespectfully from a banker. Poor customer service and I really hope she doesn’t just treat African Americans this way.

Poor service wanted to charge a $70 fee to cash a check because I don't bank with them.. when I saw how they treat non customers, would never do business with them nor accept checks from anyone from Prosperity again.
