Was told they couldn't cash a check because I didn't have an account. Valid check and id. Then drove to atm it was offline. Great job.

Waited 45minutes to get a clerk to get help with my elderly mother account. They never submitted paperwork. After two months, didn't informed me about it. They are the only bank in town and they are taking advantage of the elderly. I will look into legal action concerning this abuse.

ONE BANK IN THIS TOWN! After paying $3.50 to use their ATM, I walk inside and they would not give me change for the 20 because I didn't have an account there. They were NOT friendly about it either! WORST BANK EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Wasn’t able to log into my account on the mobile app. I called the bank after the second day and they said they were having technical problems. Couldn’t move money in accounts and went into overdraft. After explaining it to the lady she said “and then?” Like it wasn’t their problem. Then told me there was only one person that works for the entire place that could even look into it, and she wasn’t there. After being with them for over 20 years I’m finally closing all 3 accounts.

Some of the tellers are not very friendly and ignore you. One in particular looks like she is mad all the time. I think it needs to improve on customer service.
