I the folks who work there are really kind and courteous, the managers have done an amazing job , the store is clean and they work with you. Christal, Savannah and Ruby and the rest of the great team doing an awesome job. Thank y'all

1 star only cause the staff was friendly, and store was clean. I don't recommend taking firearms to this place. The staff isn't knowledgeable about firearms, other than what the internet, or someone else in another store may say.

Customer service is poor....Manger acts like hes got some stick up his anal.......offered me less than a 1/4 of what my product is worth...then tells me we cant do more. Dont waist your time go to the store in anniville their reasonable and repectful

Reasonable and Respectful. They always help out when they can and have a lot of customers that are welcomed by name. I will continue my service here.

Rude service and lowball loan offers

You should be able to negotiate prices for either buying or the amount they give when you pawn or sell but nope they tell you this is the price and that’s that they even walk away from you when discussing price if you show any type of disagreement they refuse to do buisness even as far as not letting you pawn or sell anything wether you are a faithful customer or not doesn’t matter to them I’ve exchanged hundreds of dollars with them and that could matter less to them other stores are fair and negotiate price which should be the name of the game In pawn

Worst customer service ever! That female Marissa that works there was helping out some man. I was the only one standing in line and she looked at me and didn't ask if I needed help nor did she tell me that someone would be right with me. I was the LAST customer in the whole store and did not get acknowledged at all! The only one who saw me was the manager who had to tell one of them to help and of course someone else came to help after another 5 mins standing there smh. Keeping my business at the Annaville location!

Customer service was bad I talked to an employee who told me his supervisor said "we don't take drums" "we don't have room" then I asked to speak with the supervisor he talked to he slowly moved over to the manager and asked him something. The manager Roger I think his name was then proceeds to tell me that the "supervisor" the employee spoke of was him. Anyways gave me the complete run around not even asking to see the drums. Anyways he then pulls me outside to say that there are some things they only take seasonally...okay I have seen drum sets in pawn shops since I was a teenager...complete bogus

Since new management the store is more welcoming. Will continue doing business there.

Customer service is bad here unless you are close friends with the w orkers they will attend to you
