I was with a very large, unhelpful, impersonal bank who didn't have my best interest at heart. I also had a friend who was treated very badly in a business transaction by the same large bank and that was the catalyst that finally caused me to make the move to Prosperity Bank. Great bank. I had to open an account after my other bank account got screwed over by my ex. Everyone is very helpful and the clerk remembered my name when I went inside. They are the best bank around!!
