Working with Les at Propel Home Loans to purchase our first house was a fantastic experience. The whole team has great customer service, they're friendly, knowledgable, and eager to help you. I would definitely classify myself as a worrier, which meant I had a TON of questions throughout the process, and no matter what the time of day (even nights and weekends) if I was to email a question over, Les and his team were always incredibly quick to respond. With the crazy market we were shopping in, the quick response was also very important for getting pre-approval letters ready to include in offers. And when my husband and I found our dream house that was just a bit more expensive than we originally planned Les was eager to help us run a loan estimate to make sure we were comfortable with the numbers prior to making our offer. Les was incredible, as was the whole team. They were incredibly responsive and professional! The only area I saw for improvement was that I didn't always know what the different entities' roles were in the process, it moved kind of fast. That could have definitely been something I missed, though! I am so incredibly grateful for feeling like I could trust this process, even if I didn't understand every step. It gave me a lot of faith knowing that my cousin and my uncle had gone through this process with Les, and sang his praises! I relied on that, as I would recommend to anyone.
