These people are horrible even to their employees. The manager Courtney Speaks is very racist and has treated minority employees horrible. Not to mention how bad she talks about the customers to other employees. She should not be in a management position. They pride themselves on repossession so if you get a loan through professional financial be prepared to pay twice or three times what your car is worth and face possible repossession especially if the car is almost paid off and you run into financial hardship.

First payment no issues. I paid the minimum and some of the principal. Friday they say my card declined. I call sc federal. Nothing wrong with the card and its an error on their part. So i call back card declined we can only run it once in 24 hours. Run it once it 24 hours? What kind of bs is that. But if they put the number in wrong why cant they run the right number? I have a feeling by their reviews they do this on purpose to get cars. So I was told i can go online or call the 800 number and pay 5$. Pay 5$ for the screw up on there end or my payments late. Well I cant pay online because they say my social doesnt match my account. Funny after seeing them reporting to the three credit agencies and changes in my credit score they must have the right social. So needless to say monday ill be driving 45 minutes there to find out who is in charge watch them type my info in and i will be bringing my social security card and all of my paper work.

Very dishonest finance company my friend made 5 on time payments and they would not report to credit bureau, but if you no longer want to deal with them and voluntarily return their vehicle, they wany to tear your credit down by reporting it.]

The employees were always professional with me. Never had any problems with them.

BEEARE!! My son bought a vehicle financed through this company. He financed $ 17,000 over a 5 year loan . During the first year he paid $14,000 of his loan back then Covid hit. He owed $3,000. They repossessed his truck refused to allow him to pay the remainder and get his truck back! We found out the sold his truck at auction in Columbia recently for a little over $12,000 and owe m son the difference and refuse to speak to him stating their attorney will be I. Touch! All during a global pandemic! Contacting lawyer BBB and EVERYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!

I had no problems with this company. . I had fairly poor credit and they gave me the chance to build it back by allowing me to borrow for a car. I paid my payments on time, eventually paying the loan off. No issues whatsoever.

Horrible company. Better be lucky I had to give 1 star to leave a review. I advise anyone you hear PFS in a contract RUN!!!

This is the WORST company ever they hit my credit report twice and refuse to take it off now it's showing that I owe 10,000 dollars instead of 5,000
