I had a horrible experience! I was using this company to buy a house. The whole time we had almost no communication from them. We had to call constantly and leave messages and hope that someone actually called us back and reached out. We were told the whole way that our closing day was good and that we were still on until the day before, when we were informed of an error on THEIR part and then we were still told that we were good to close on said date. It was not until the day of closing that we were informed of not being able to close on that day. We had already taken the day off from work for the closing and it was for nothing. Then we reached out to the title company and they actually helped us out more then PRMG did. They got us moving on the process. The only time PRMG actually reached out to us was after giving them a bad review, so they could say that I was being unfair to review them poorly. I can not believe how unprofessional this company was when I actually got them highly recommended from someone else. I would recommend using a company that has the ability to communicate and a company that will keep their word when they say they will be ready on a set date.

Isabelle went above and beyond and helped close my deal 10 days before contract close date. She was professional and responsive and would highly recommend her and plan on using her on my next project.

I would recommend Isabelle Martinez for making sure that even the most unique of circumstances, like mine, get qualified for a loan or a refinance. She has great know how and resources at her fingertips. There are times when PRMG as a whole seemed a little disjointed, but Isabelle was always there to make sure things came to completion.

Worst experience ever! It took them 51 days to close on our loan and my wife and I were very qualified buyers. They dropped the ball left and right during the process. They never gave us a figure that we needed for closing until a day or so before closing. Communication was horrible as we could never get a hold of anyone before 1pm on any given day. The loan officer flat out lied to us about several things during the process. Even at closing we waited for three hours at the title company just for them to send the document package over. Our realtor had to get two contract extensions in order to close our deal due to the incompetence of the loan officer and others involved on their end. This process was one of the most ridiculous things I've ever been a part of and has left a great deal to be desired. Hopefully they make some serious changes at this branch, as they are much needed.

As an insurance agent and realtor, it is hard to find lenders who keep their promise and get the client to the closing table. I had a client who was "approved" and the day of closing, at the table, denied. Trucks ready and packed for both buyer and seller. Went to Maria with the situation and she got the loan for my client approved and after a week, we were able to close with ease. Thanks Maria!

Isabelle Martinez was a pleasure to work with. She made my first time home buying experience a breeze. Not only does she stay on top of things but also explains the whole process in a way that is easy for new homebuyers to understand. She's the best!

My experience with PRMG Maria Reinhart, was terrible. I am realtor, she worked with my clients because we were sharing a marketing. Very stressful, we never closed on time, my last (45 days) closing she made it in 67 days for small loan in the amount of $182500, several extensions, buyers on risk to loose their Escrow. Customers complained that she was unresponsive. Always on closing day she disappear until 4 or 5 pm and we didn't know if we will have the closing or another extension, I've called her more than 18 times and texted so many times without any answer, she blocked me from Whatsapp, can you believe that? I was the buyer agent.... Buyers & sellers deserve answers & I didn't know what to say. Not professional at all, finally I took her out of my marketing, I won't work with her anymore.

She’s a fraud...  MARIA REINHART.  License FL LO24239; NMLS# 562639.  Warning, long read, but a true depiction of my struggles and frustrations dealing with  Maria.  Trying to avoid these troubles and frustrations for anyone else! I’ve been dealing with her since October... and it’s been either lack of communication, non-responsiveness, or simply INCOMPETENCE!!  In October, we had our first meeting...  she confirmed she specialized in VA mortgage loans and we decided to move forward and and she was provided every single piece of paperwork that she requested at that point. About 2 to 3 weeks later, after several attempts to get in touch with her and asking she call me, I follow up again to confirm she wasn’t missing additional paperwork and she finally responds advising I was missing documents, and that I never sent her the original documents needed. I promptly responded advising and sending screen shots that I did in fact send to her and her assistant. Several days later I followed up to confirm she received it, when finally she advised she did have it all along. I asked her to call me to discuss thei situation via phone, after several days, text follow ups, and phone follow ups, she finally responded via text that she has all the documents she needed. About a week later (already OVER a month into this) she mentions that my husbands name is not on title, but can be fixed easily with a quit claim deed. Something she should have identified immediately after her initial review of the paperwork over a month ago.  We have to deal with a quit claim deed at this point. Mid December I receive an email FROM HER that I will be closing on January 15. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago and many more failed attempts to get her to call me, and receiving automated text replies, she finally tells me I need an appraisal and she was sending “her guy”.  I paid $500 out of pocket for this appraisal and i was not aware that it needed to be a VA specialized appraiser!  Apparently she, the “subject matter expert”, didn’t know this either!  So now I’m out $500 on an appraisal which she has the rights to and I can’t even use elsewhere! January 14, I send her a msg confirming closing the following day, and she she responds “I don’t know who told you that you were closing today...”. Um, YOU DID!!! Fast forward to today, well OVER 3 MONTHS INTO THIS, after, again, MANY texts, automated text replies and voicemail attempts to get her to answer me, I’m done!  I have not heard from her, despite the fact that, through the difficulty to get in contact with her she is consistently posting on Social media through the entire day...  and Im certain I won’t hear from her because I’m fighting for the scam of the appraisal and getting my $500 back! Unfortunately it took me this long to look her up as far as customer reviews and she is this unprofessional with everyone!  I’ve found multiple reviews w a one star (which should be ZERO stars, but you have to put at least 1 start to leave a review!)  In these reviews they also claim unresponsive, lack of communication, unprofessional and how she is a fraud! If the review helps helps at lease one other person to not have to deal with her, then this review was VERY worth writing!  I’ve reported her IG page as Fraud, and I intend to report her to the BBB!

The experience we had with PRMG team was amazing, the process was simple, and everything was expedited in a timely manner to approve the loan, the paper work was very easy to understand, the process in general extremely professional. The help from the team at PRMG are outstanding. Thank you Maria, Natalia and the rest of the team for everything. If you need a loan this is the company you need to go with no questions, you will be happy with this great team 👍
